The grapes, coming from the manual harvest of our associates, are immediately stalked and crushed. With the addition of selected yeasts, the fermentation begins at controlled temperature (25ºC). During this period the maceration or tanning is done by the process of timed reassembly, in order to have a greater extraction of color and tannins. The tanning lasts about 15 days. Manual winemaking, carefully selected and 100% destemmed in the cellar. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. After malolactic fermentation, it aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Ruby color, wood berries, complex aromas with refined mint notes. full-bodied palate, perfectly matched tannins in balance with its acidity showing promising development in the coming years. deep and long finish.
