De-stemmed grapes, slightly crushed in a pneumatic press, the resulting must being decanted into 2,500 liter stainless steel vats for 24 hours. Rola Viosinho is a white wine that reveals the typicality of the grape variety. In the mouth, this wine reveals itself with an intense acidity, appearing a characteristic minerality of the variety, thus creating an extremely fresh and vibrant wine. Around 1150 bottles were produced.
Quinta do Mondego White

Pre-destemming and gentle crushing of the grapes. Gentle pressing of both varieties together with static decantation at low temperature for 24 hours. 60% of the fermentation batch in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and stage with gentle stirring of lees for 6 months in stainless steel vats, 40% of the fermentation batch in 500 liter French oak barrels (2nd year) with smooth batonnage. It presents a straw color, aromatically discreet, fresh. The fruit is smooth, citrus notes and the presence of dry notes. In the mouth alive, dry, balanced acidity, good volume and full. The intensity of flavors is dominated by fruit, freshness and minerality. Contains Sulfites.

It is the first in a series of wines that the duo began to produce in Douro and Trás-os-Montes, under the Portugal Boutique Winery project. Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature (10-15ºC) for 12 to 15 days. 3 to 6 months in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Yellow color with green tones, exuberant aroma, fresh and light, dominated by citrus fruits and tropical aromas. Palate dominated by its acidity, with good volume, has a persistent and refreshing finish. Contains sulfites.
Soalheiro 9% White

An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. Alvarinho grapes without late harvest were harvested in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short period of time. The must obtained by pressing the whole grapes was decanted and fermented at low temperature. The fermentation took place in stainless steel until reaching the balance of sweetness and acidity intended and that dictated the final alcohol of this Soalheiro - 9%. Citrus and tropical notes of the Alvarinho variety with a balance of unusual acidity and sweetness.
