The natural color of the whiskey's golden acorn is the focal point of the photo. A ten-year-old malt single, Glenmorangie Original is produced by marrying the delicate spirit that emerges from Scotland's tallest stills, with first and second padding American white oak barrels. They mature for ten long years in a series of ex-bourbon barrels, such as Missouri's famous 'designer kegs', that the raw spirit develops a perfect balance between sweetness and complexity. Resulting in a mature spirit that is soft, smooth and creamy. Perfect to enjoy at any time. The aroma of citrus peaches and ripening is softened by the aroma of vanilla. Vanilla flavor is detected on the tongue before curling along the palate bringing out an explosion of flowery fruity. About a minute after the test, you get a clean and harmonious finish with notes of orange and peach.
