Old Pulteney 25 Anos
553,89 €
For a quarter of a century, casks of this rare expression of Old Pulteney Single Malt Scotch Whisky breathed the invigorating sea air of the Caithness coast. Sheltered from a fast-changing world by the darkened calm of a distillery warehouse, the spirit mellowed at its own steady pace, echoing the reassuring rhythm of its hometown port. Aged firstly in American oak, its spicy sweetness was later granted depth and colour by casks of Spanish oak. Elegant and charismatic, this wonderful whisky embodies both Wick’s spirit of endurance and Pulteney Distillery’s devotion to its craft.

The whiskey has notes of caramelized and vanilla sugar, fresh red fruits with a touch of orchard fruits and features single malts from Cardhu and Clynelish - one of Scotland's most northern distilleries. George Harper used the frozen north as his starting point to create White Walker by Johnnie Walker.

Very soft palate with notes of banana smoothie, a mixed note of nuts, a touch of caramel with white cream. Sweet finish with a little sweetness of cereal and toasted oak.
Puni Sole
55,82 €
Puni Sole was matured for two years in first-filled Bourbon barrels in the United States and finished for another two years in some of Spain's best Sherry Pedro Ximénez barrels. Sole means "sun" in Italian and reflects two crucial stages in sherry making. After harvesting, the grapes are dried in the strong Spanish sun, concentrating their sweetness. The wine of these grapes is aged for many years in oak casks that change frequently. This old method of maturation is called solera. The taste is distinctly sweet, with strong notes of honey and blood orange, which are opposed to the creamy flavors of walnut and spicy oak.
