The unmistakable taste of Opihr Spiced Gin enhanced by the warm flavors of Szechuan pepper and smoky notes of ajwain, combined for an authentically unique flavor combination. As we look to the Far East and the beginnings of the Spice Route, one of the region's key flavor profiles is 'heat and spice'. A naturally perfect fit for Opihr gin, it pushes the boundaries of spiced gin even further and adds an authentic element only found in Asian cuisine. The Far East Edition is inspired by the use of unique, fragrant, mouth-numbing Szechuan peppers (the seed husks of Chinese ash trees), traditionally used in staple dishes such as hot pots and the main ingredient in five spices. An unmistakably bold London Dry gin, intense and richly spiced with flavors from the Far East - the smoky notes of Szechuan Pepper provide a lingering heat which, together with invigorating spices, creates an exceptional flavor combination.

Beefeater Crown Jewel
78,78 €
A rare bottle originally made by Beefeater in 1993, which was discontinued in 2009 with the introduction of Beefeater 24. A slightly different botanical selection creates a palate full of fresh citrus, candied peels and a dash of Pepper. The bird in the bottle is a reference to crows in the Tower of London, where usually the "Yeomen Warders" featured in the regular Beefeater gin bottles. Legend has it that if the crows left the tower, the crown and the Great Britain fell.
