Soalheiro Pet Nat Alvarinho White
Looking at the sky is the oldest tool in winemaking. Pet Nat Alvarinho is a sparkling wine inspired by the ancestral method, a wine with a natural movement and elegant bubbling. The vinification process, with little intervention, resorts to the end of the first alcoholic fermentation in the bottle, without resorting to dégorgement or the addition of sugars. Innovation has led Soalheiro to wines that in the past seemed unlikely to experiment with the Alvarinho variety. Our Pet Nat confirms the elasticity of the variety and proposes the relaxed discovery of a light and youthful sparkling wine. It is a fresh and light wine, with a soft touch at the end of the mouth, due to a spontaneous fermentation stop.
Hehn Bruto Rose
Pressing whole grapes. Base wine fermentation after storing the must for 20 to 25 days at a temperature of 12-15°C in stainless steel tanks with a cooling jacket. Cellar for at least 12 months on the lees. Light pink color. Aroma of red fruits with a predominance of cherry and notes of dried vegetables. The palate is smooth, with good acidity and volume; Fresh and creamy with a long finish. Contains sulfites.
Luis Pato Baga Bruto Rose
Created in vines planted in clay-limestone soils, with the Baga variety. Vinified from open spout with very light pressing in vacuum press, in order to obtain a yield in must that does not exceed 60%. A fermentation in stainless steel vats follows. As the second fermentation takes place in the serving bottle, the wine stagnates between 3 to 6 months on the sludge before carrying out the necessary operations to finish it. Ideal wine to accompany several menus, among which stands out the roast suckling pig, even if accompanied by orange, since the lack of tannins does not collide with the citrus flavor of the orange. It also harmonizes with fish, seafood and meats roasted in the oven, because it has a high acidity that balances with the flavors of these delicacies. It should be served at about 8 ° C in order not to destroy the aromas of the grape variety. Contains sulfites.
Murganheira Esprit de La Maison Bruto Magnum White
It is Murganheira's new top sparkling wine, which seeks to symbolize the whole philosophy of the house and is only sold in the company's store. Made from an assemblage of Pinot (Noir, Blanc and Meunier) it reveals impressive depth and aromatic complexity, with biscuits, brioche, citrus, spices, intertwined in a set of great refinement. Billecart-Salmon Brut Nature White
The innovative style of this cuvée remains faithful to the discreet and balanced charm of the three varieties of Champenois grapes. No sugar was added to the dosage. An intensity of pale gold enhanced by the clarity of a crystalline and sparkling mixture. It presents a charming flavor to biscuits with notes of white pulp fruits and a full and harmonious minerality that results in a sensationally balanced finish. A champagne with complex and seductive aromas of dried fruits and brioche combined with floral notes. These are further enhanced by the subtle charm of lemon verbena. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Calçada Reserva Bruto Imperial White
Vineyards located at the foot of the Serra do Marão, with a strong maritime influence, the Alvarinho and Loureiro grapes were gently pressed. The must was fermented in French oak barrels and the wine was then aged there for 1 year. The elaboration, following the classic method, took place in our cellar at controlled temperature, followed by a one-year aging in bottle. Degorgement and 2 months of final stage in bottle were carried out. This sparkling wine has a bright yellow citrus color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with light notes of brioche and dried fruits involved by the high salinity and minerality of the region. Good volume in the mouth, light toasted, complex and crunchy acidity resulting in a persistent and long finish. Contains sulfites.
Aliança Grande Reserva Bruto White
Produced from the Baga and Chardonnay varieties. The Chardonnay variety contributes its aromatic complexity and the Berry with the structure and persistence of a blanc de noir. The pre bottling stage and the 52 months south lays harmonized this set which, above all, intends to be a reference not only in sparkling DOC Bairrada but at National level. Pale yellow color, aromatic buttery and toasted notes. In the mouth it is fresh, bulky with an impressive mousse. It finishes fresh and with great persistence. Contains sulfites.
