Pierre Gimonnet Gastronome Brut White
48,04 €
Gastronome cuvée is a “Crémeux” champagne concept found in very few champagne producers. Historically created for catering (for “the cut”, but also to accompany a meal), this cuvée is produced in “small mousse”. That is to say, its foam is particularly fine so as not to disturb either the palate or the taste buds. It is an excellent spirited Champagne, perfect for an aperitif, which will bloom throughout the meal and surprise your guests. With 4 terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, this cuvée remarkably well expresses “the Pierre Gimonnet style”. Contains sulfites.

Drappier Clarevallis White
52,45 €
Clarevallis is the name given by Saint Bernard to the abbey he founded in 1115. Champagne Clarevallis is made with grapes from the hills of Urville, planted during the Cistercian period. The wines were vinified and aged in cellars built in 1152 by the monks of the abbey of Clairvaux: today, the cellars are owned by the Drappier family. Unfiltered, with very little sulfur (20 mg/l), the dosage used contains a liqueur made from organic sugar cane at 4g/l. A golden gray color with fine, persistent bubbles. Touches of elderberry and violet. The limestone minerality is softened by the pinot pulp. A harmonious balance between discreet dosage and lovely bitter flavors.
