It is aged in Portuguese and Brown oak casks for a period of 24 months. The grapes are trampled on foot in the Quinta's mills to obtain the must. They are then macerated during fermentation to obtain the best possible extraction of the polyphenolic components. Short fermentation cycle of 4 days. Quinta da Romaneira Vintage 2018, is magnificently mature, full of color, intensely fruity, expressive and with a wonderful underlying freshness. The nose is characteristic of Romaneira, wild and aromatic. The finish is long and delicate. Contains sulfites.
