Quinta da Costa das Aguaneiras Red
Fermentation in stone winery. Stage in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Vivid red color, intense and deep. Fairly fruity, it is intense and complex, emphasizing aromas of ripe red fruit, such as blackberry and light cassis, and notes of vanilla, from its stage in wood. In the mouth the entrance is fresh, soft and very tasty, with fruit present and soft but lively tannins. Full and complex, it has a correct acidity which gives it longevity. Contains Sulfites.
Três Bagos Grande Escolha Red
Fermentation in a traditional wine press and oak vats with prolonged maceration. Aged in new French oak barrels for 14 months. Vivid, bright and deep red color. It is thin, elegant and very intense. It is fruity, complex, full and rich in spices from a good ripeness in wood of excellent quality. Very harmonious and with character. In the mouth it is fruity but elegant. Balanced, it presents smooth tannins of great level and an excellent acidity, which gives it a long and pleasant finish. This balanced combination of power and elegance certainly contributed to its aging potential, so the wine will benefit from a few years in the bottle. Contains sulfites.
Casa do Cadaval Pinot Noir Red
The harvest is made in mid-August, with a total destemming of the grapes. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature, followed by a skin maceration for 1 week, without any mechanical extraction. The wine was aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.

QUINTA DAS MAIAS White
MAIAS wine comes from the Quinta das Maias property, in organic farming, which is located at about 600 meters of altitude in the foothills of Serra da Estrela. The name derives from the yellow broom that covers the slopes of the mountain and here they are called «Mayas» because they bloom in the month of May.
The wines are characterized by the freshness of grapes from vines planted at altitude and by sandy granite-based soils.
This woodless white wine is dominated by the Malvasia Fina and Encruzado grape varieties, which contributes to the floral and plum notes with fresh and elegant aromas.

This wine has as main grape varieties Jaen and Touriga Nacional, two of the best grape varieties in the Iberian Peninsula. The combination of these two grape varieties presents aromas of blackberries and sloes in perfect balance with the fresh and subtle texture.
Quinta dos Roques Alfrocheiro Red
Pomegranate-colored wine, limpid in appearance, the aroma shows well the character of the caste, with notes of red fruits, where strawberry notes predominate, and wild flowers, the wood, very discreet, is in great balance with the fruit of the caste. In the mouth you can feel the youth of the wine, thanks to its slight astringency, which assures a good longevity and certainly a good aging. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta dos Roques Touriga Nacional Red
Of dark, bright color, the bouquet, characteristic of this variety, has notes of violets, pine needles and red fruits. Oak and chocolate notes given by the oak are present and well balanced with the fruit. In the mouth it is very generous and concentrated with the astringency and firm tannins characteristic of its youth, predicting a remarkable prolonged aging. Contains Sulfites.

Deep color and perfectly clear, with fruity aroma of great elegance, reminiscent of wild berries and pine needles, with notes of vanilla and chocolate. The palate is vibrant, with the astringency of youth. The blance of alcohol, acidity, body and tannins makes it possible to anticipate a remarkable aging.

QUINTA DAS MAIAS Jaen Red
Clear appearance, citrus color. Very elegant fruity aroma, with emphasis on tropical fruits, fresh and delicate. In the mouth it is full bodied and balanced, where the fruit and the freshness give it a special and appealing touch as a result of the excellent selection and combination of the varieties Alvarinho and Trajadura.

Light straw colored wine with limpid appearance; good aromatic intensity where notes of lemon and tropical fruits to which the toasting of the barrels is added, fine and pleasant; in the mouth the first sensation is freshness, but soon one recognizes the great structure and complexity of the wine; the end is long and very long. Cortes de Cima White
A gastronomic wine, with rich fruit flavors and good acidity. A lot, aged in barrels, of local and international varieties planted in our vineyards on the Atlantic coast and in the warm interior of Alentejo. This wine features delicate notes of citrus flowers and an elegant palate. Contains Sulfites.
Cortes de Cima Touriga Nacional Red
Better known as one of the five varieties most used in Port wine to the south, in the Alentejo, its fruit develops an aromatic and very floral character. It has a low production, with curls and small berries. Seductive aromas of dark berry fruits with complex floral notes. Palate intense to fruit. Contains Sulfites.
Cortes de Cima Red
Fruit very ripe. Fermented without clogging, at controlled temperatures, with frequent reruns. Aged for 12 months in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels, then mixed to balance the varietal fruit and the complexity of the oak. Bottled without glue and filtration. Aroma to spices, vigorous palate with intense fruit and a long and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
Vinha Othon Reserva Red
The personality of a great wine is revealed in its unique and authentic essence of the terroir where it was created. The Vinha Othon Reserva clearly demonstrates the magnitude of the Dão of Quinta da Vinha Paz. It has a bright deep red color with tiled nuances. On the nose, it expresses notes of high aromatic complexity with notes of ripe red fruit, rosemary, pine needles and fine spices combined with expressions of dried fruit from the Quinta. In the mouth it is very velvety, soft with the presence of round, complex tannins with notes of mineral freshness. Quinta dos Murças Reserva, coming from the Douro region, presents a deep color with violet lavas. Firm and concentrated palate, with balanced acidity, has ripe tannins well wrapped in your body and volume. It presents a long and persistent end, which in its entirety, allows to predict a great longevity. Manual harvesting, selection table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25ºC to 28ºC) in granite mills, with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. In French and American oak barrels used for 12 months. Contains Sulfites.

Red color, with violet hues. Intense and lively aroma, dominated by red fruits. Fresh and elegant palate, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Casa de Santar Reserva White
Produced with the castes Encruzado, Cerceal and Bical. Very broad aroma with ripe fruit and slightly protruding wood at this stage. Good structure in the taste, acidity in good style, fruit more defined than in the aroma and an end from already with excellent presence. Crushing with total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 18 ° C. 50% of the wine fermented and aged 6 months in French oak barrels.
