Originating from the family-owned wineries in Serralunga d'Alba (Ornato and Colombaro), Sinio (Val di Croce), Diano d'Alba and Treiso (Bongiovanni) and since the 2015 harvest from the recently acquired Monforte d'Alba (Mosconi) .Vinificado in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 20-25 days. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months and in small barrels. Barbera grapes from the Barolo and Barbaresco regions give our Barbera Clássico a great structure peculiar, full body, complexity, good character, ripe fruit, spices and a long life. All varieties are vinified by direct pressing. Cinsault and Tibouren in stainless steel vats. Grenache & Rolle are partially vinified in tulip-shaped concrete vats with a rounded bottom. This ovoid shape gives rise to a natural convection movement that suspends the lees creating the same effect as a batonnage and gives the wine a lot of structure. It has a very clear light pink color with bluish reflections. This wine offers an elegant nose with delicate notes of grapefruit and white flowers. Fresh and balanced, the palate is lively and reveals seductive aromas of citrus fruits and marine iodine. Contains sulfites.

Very slow pressing to respect the fruit. The juices from the last pressing are not retained. No artificial yeasts or enzymes are used. Part of the wine ages in 500 liter oak barrels and the other part in stainless steel vats for 6 to 8 months. Throughout the aging process, decisions are made only after careful evaluation of the tasting. The data obtained are completed through technical analysis. As with all other Joseph Drouhin wines, absolute priority is given to the true expression of the terroir and character of the vintage. The color is clear and bright. It presents mineral notes with white flower notes. Precise on the palate and prolonged aftertaste. Shows incredible purity. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest, in small open boxes to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The maceration and winemaking takes 2 to 3 weeks. Maceration and fermentation temperatures under total control. Joseph Drouhin seeks full control of the extraction process; the extraction gives color and substance to a wine, but it should never be detrimental to its delicacy and typical character. An exceptional wine, deep ruby ??red in color, with the lively shine of the great Burgundies. Intense and fresh nose for young wines. The primary notes of red fruits dominate, such as Morello cherry, raspberry, blackberry. There are notes of complexity with smoky flavors that evolve into licorice. When the wine is maturing, aromas of pepper, tobacco, humus and undergrowth appear. When drinking wine, the first impression is always crisp and the texture fleshy. The body is firm without being rough, well geared without being heavy. In younger wines there is great freshness. With age, wine becomes round. It acquires "gras" (velvety texture) and a more precise architecture, supported by silky tannins. It is alive and at the same time exquisite. A final and very pleasant sensation of harmony, fullness and delicate tannins remains, as the wine lingers on the palate. Contains sulfites.

Villa Maria Private Bin East Chardonnay is fruitful in style, displaying a myriad of aromatic, including ripe peach and pear notes with underlying citrus fruits and fig-shaped characters. On the palate, these initial flavors are accompanied by a creamy, fussy texture and integrated oak. A medium bodied wine that is soft and stylish for fun now. Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc White
After harvesting, the free juice was cooled for 48-72 hours prior to storage. The fermentation was carried out mainly in stainless steel tanks with a mixture of cultured yeast and wild yeast. Approximately 3% of the blend was fermented at the highest temperature in old French oak barrels and large format vats. As usual, our Sauvignon was strictly mixed, including only the strongest batches. A vibrant blend of kaffir lemon, lemon zest and aromatic nectarine blend with the brilliant scent of orange blossom. Filled with ripe citrus and flavors of stone fruits framed by an elegant and succulent acidic architecture. Contains Sulfites.

Slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks maintains the distinct and crispy flavors of Riesling. Bright raised scents reminiscent of spring, floral scent, fresh lemon and lemon spring from the glass. The palate is light and fresh, displaying juicy apricot and mandarin flavors with a hint of ginger seasoning. This Private Bin Riesling is an off-dry style exhibiting an excellent sweetness of balanced fruit with acidity similar to the ice cream in the end.

Original from Spain, Prima is produced through the varieties Tinta de Toro (90%) and Granache (10%). Aged for 12 months in French and American oak for one and two years: Exceptionally aromatic, with intense notes of fresh fruits and an excellent balance between alcohol and acidity. A modern, civilized and sophisticated "Toro" for all connoisseurs.

Traditional vinification with temperature control. Complete malolactic fermentation. Maturation for a few months in oak barrels at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Deep red wine of deep, elegant color and marked varietal character. With very ripe red and black fruits accompanied with intense and aromatic floral notes. Complex, minerality striking and smooth. It has a good attack of mouth, broad velvety and intense. Polished tannins and good acidity.

Average production of 17 months in 50% new, oak and year. without nose aromas of very ripe black fruit, licorice and Chinese ink, with more mineral notes and the quantities provided by the barrel, generating a good harmony. in the mouth it is potent, structured and with soft and round tannins, providing a considerable elegance. the enormous power of the foot when it began its stay in the oak, was softening with the last months of age and the child and from a wine with a perfectly integrated wood. ps 2016 needs a few years and is for its best qualities. Ideally, it should be done at least a year to begin to be enjoyed, however from your third stage will further develop the complexity and range of hues. Contains Sulfites.
