Planas is an extraordinary blend of rum from Pot Still, Column and Batch Kettle. Aged up to 6 years, it is elegant, rich and surprisingly intense for a white rum. The complex carbon filtration process performed prior to bottling gives this rum a crystalline appearance and a smooth finish. Transparent and clear color, with fresh and tropical aromas such as ground coffee and coconut. Slightly fruity with creamy flavors. The extraordinary balance of this exquisite rum provides a delicate and pronounced finish. Flat is best appreciated pure, excellent main ingredient for delicate coktails, like the Daiquiri.
Diplomático Barbet nº2
Rum barbet produced from sugar cane molasses and aged in American white oak barrels, which previously served to age bourbon and whiskey for 4 years. It has a golden color, reveals aromas of tropical fruits and notes of roasted oak, providing a distinct and balanced bouquet. It is slightly dry in the mouth, with delicate wood and fresh citrus flavors that combine for a pleasant and long-lasting finish.

For a quarter of a century, casks of this rare expression of Old Pulteney Single Malt Scotch Whisky breathed the invigorating sea air of the Caithness coast. Sheltered from a fast-changing world by the darkened calm of a distillery warehouse, the spirit mellowed at its own steady pace, echoing the reassuring rhythm of its hometown port. Aged firstly in American oak, its spicy sweetness was later granted depth and colour by casks of Spanish oak. Elegant and charismatic, this wonderful whisky embodies both Wick’s spirit of endurance and Pulteney Distillery’s devotion to its craft.
Old Pulteney Vintage 2006 1L
Created from a selected small batch of hand-selected casks at the Pulteney Distillery, this elegant Vintage single malt captures and celebrates a moment in Old Pulteney's history. Polished copper color, elegant and energetic aroma with an intense sweetness of melted caramel and refreshing and spicy tones. This is followed by creamy vanilla and oily lemon, refined by a fragrant and fresh note of the sea air. Firm and intense. Flavors of honey and crème brûlée are contrasted by crunchy notes of citrus, coconut and green apples. Complexity builds on the palate and culminates in a spicy, effervescent finish of caramel and freshly ground spices.
Puero de Indias Blackberry
Puerto de Indias Blackberry is the result of a traditional process focused on obtaining a gin in which the essence of blackberries and a careful selection of ingredients are mixed to complete and shape this unique product. Translucent white appearance. Fruity blackberry notes dominate, underlined by delicate violet caramel notes on a fresh, citrusy background. Complex notes of wild black fruits lead the way with their smooth, intense and bittersweet nuances, culminating in the very light characteristic touch of cinnamon. Smooth finish, fresh and dry at the same time.
Plantation Pineapple
A tribute to the character created by Charles Dickens in Pickwick Papers, the reverend Stiggins, whose favorite drink was "pineapple rum". Victoria pineapple peels are infused into the Plantation 3 Stars rum, which is then distilled. Separately, the pineapple fruit is infused into the Plantation Original Dark rum. The infusion of spirits and fruit is finally combined, creating a rich and delicious bouquet of pineapple, accentuated by notes of smoke and cloves.

It has fruity notes of roasted pear, honey, orange, almond and pineapple. In short, a very fruity and spicy cake. Dry and full palate, follows the nose with a more spicy profile, initially with cloves, pepper and oak. After that, it evolves with caramel, apricot, licorice and vanilla. Very long and almost salty finish, with notes of fresh herbs, also orange peel and hazelnut.
Plantation Isle of Fuji
From pristine lagoons to lush jungles, the Plantation Isle of Fiji is an ode to the beauty of the Fiji Islands. This delicious rum is made using traditional techniques and local Fijian sugar cane. It ages for the first time in this tropical climate in bourbon barrels, the rum is sailed to the southwest of France for a second maturation in French oak barrels. This double aging method combined with Fijian know-how creates a rum with warm notes of exotic fruits and raisins.
Pisco 1615 Acholado
Pisco, coming from two varieties of grapes, produced respectively in Peru and Chile. Both are based on the distillation of must from grapes. Despite the legend about Chilean origin, pisco is genuinely a Peruvian product, which is recognized worldwide as the best producer of Pisco in the world. Contains sulfites.
Adamus Dry com 2 copos e 2 bases
Result of Adamas (Greek origin of the word diamond) and Adamar, Adamus is the word that reinvents itself. From the experience of four generations, combined with the research and development of the Levira distillery and the selection of the best botanicals combined with the Bairrada grape variety, a perfect distillate with 44.4% VOL is produced. In addition to the Bairrada grape variety, we can find organic botanicals of organic production in this gin, such as: hibiscus, juniper, orange, lemon, cinnamon, ginger and cardamom and more daring ones such as sage and lavender. The other undisclosed botanists are part of the mystery that gives Adamus so special and original character.

Miyagikyo Single Malt shows the characteristics of Nikka’s second distillery built in 1969. The founder Masataka Taketsuru chose this site in the mountains of Sendai to contrast with his first distillery, Yoichi, which is located in the coastal area. Miyagikyo Single Malt is described as soft and fruity. Using less peaty malt, this whisky is distilled in a pot still heated by indirect steam at a low temperature. Miyagikyo Single Malt has an elegant fruitiness and a distinctive aroma with a strong Sherry cask influence.
