Bushmills 30 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey is triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon casks for 14 years before being finished for 16 years in first fill Pedro Ximénez casks. Gold color, dark and rich. Rich, inviting aromas of sweet raisins, figs, plums and dates intertwined with molasses caramel, soft cloves and sweet spices enchanted the senses. It has a beautiful shiny appearance with silver and slightly blue tones. Its nose is intense and powerful, where the cooked agave is fully expressed, with herbaceous tones such as mint and eucalyptus and some fruit notes and a slight buttery aftertaste, resulting in an elegant aromatic harmony. On the nose, with generous agave and very well defined notes of fruit and herbs, with a sweet aftertaste. It glides through your mouth like silk.
Herencia de Plata Anejo
Amber in color with golden and orange tones. On the nose the first impression is reminiscent of rose petals in harmony with nuances of herbs and spices, delicately preserved. And dry fruits like walnuts, with a tobacco finish. The aromas from the barrels are vanilla, caramel and maple, giving it an elegant style. This Tequila goes well with complex dishes and desserts with coffee or maple flavors.

Wine produced in the 70s, using the traditional fermentation technique used in the region. Distillation of wine in a still, in a slow, careful way and with improved selection.
