Fermentation and aging in 100% stainless steel vats at low temperature. The exuberance and transparency of the Encruzado grape variety, combined with the delicate floral aromas of Bical and the austerity of Cercial, allowed us to “design” a white wine with a unique profile.
With contained and vibrant acidity, a linear structure of intense gravity and a long and full finish, Villae shows itself as a beautiful testimony of the original terroir. Contains sulfites.
Morgado de Santa Catherina Reserva White
The Morgado de Santa Catherina, from the Bucelas Arinto of the old vineyards of Quinta da Romeira, has fermented and aged in oak barrels, which allows it to bottle stages up to 15 years. It accompanies well elaborate confection dishes, such as roasted fish, roasted kid and strong cheeses. We believe in the balance of Nature and in it we do not want to interfere. Contains Sulfites.

Resulting from the Encruzado grapes, it presents a straws citrus colour. with fresh and complex aromas and notes of orange blossom, pear and lime with fine fragances of vanilla. It reveals an elegant structure with good balance, harmony and persistent finish. It aged partially in French oak barrels for 6 months. Contains Sulfites.
Soalheiro Primeiras Vinhas White
The Alvarinho grapes, produced according to the concepts of organic farming where we protect the wine-growing ecosystem, promoting biodiversity and environmental sustainability, are harvested manually in the older vineyards with more than 40 years of existence in Quinta de Soalheiro, the First Vineyards. Currently, we still have a selection of Alvarinho grapes planted in Pé-franco. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature. The fermentation takes place essentially in stainless steel (about 15% of the total volume is fermented in used oak barrels), with maintenance of the fine lees until the beginning of May, the month in which the bottling takes place. In this harvest we also integrate into the Alvarinho lot with a large oak kite stage. Citrine yellow color, elegant and full aroma that grows in the glass, becoming more and more persistent. The flavor is full-bodied, fresh and with great gustatory complexity. Contains Sulfites.

Clear and citrusy. Very fine and expressive aroma, with notes of grapefruit, lime, cut grass and light toast. Enveloping, mineral, complex, very pure fruit. Full of elegance and freshness. Aged 50% in new French oak barrels, 50% in stainless steel tanks, with battonage for 6 months. Contains sulfites.
Quinta dos Termos Reserva Riesling White
Rigorous maturation control in order to determine the right height of the vintage. Crushing and total dismancing with protection against early oxidations. Clarification in 18 hours. Controlled fermentation between 20ºC - 22ºC. Citrine color with greenish laves. Aroma of tropical fruits. Very tasty in the mouth with elegant acidity. Contains sulfites.
Quinta dos Termos Colheita White
Rigorous maturation control in order to determine the right height of the vintage. Crushing and total dismancing with protection against early oxidations. Clarification in 18 hours. Fermentation the temperature controlled at 20/200ºC. Citrine color with greenish laves. Very fruity aroma with tropical aromas. The aromas are confirmed in the mouth, with intensity and good acidity. Contains sulfites.
Flor de São José White
With a citrus color, the wine initially shows good floral, citric, light tropical notes evolving later to some mineral notes, more discreet and elegant. In the mouth it is fresh, with a present and balanced acidity. Fine and complex, with a good fruit character, an excellent balance between alcohol, fruit and acidity, and a very fine and long finish. Contains Sulfites.
Portal Colheita Rose
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14ºC-16ºC, in a stainless steel vat with drop musts or free draining from the press. The wine remains during the short stage in stainless steel vats with its fine lees, in order to guarantee complexity and longevity of the wine. Wine from must obtained only by free draining after crushing the berries. A wine with a slightly pink color and very elegant. It presents fresh and captivating aromas, predominating wild fruits, pomegranate, as well as a light floral. Very good acidity in the mouth, in a very balanced and seductive set. It ends with a slight and elegant bitterness, in a clear invitation for another drink. A gastronomic rosé but also excellent as an aperitif or reception drink! Contains Sulfites.

Features a bright color with greenish nuances. Its aroma is intense, with tropical fruits like pineapple and passion fruit, white fruits and mineral notes that are out. It has good volume, lively acidity and is well integrated into the palate, fruity notes with tropical fruits standing out and some minerality. Its finish is extremely harmonious and persistent.

The grapes harvested at the ideal time of maturation were gently pressed in a pneumatic press and the must fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16 ° C. Quinta das Herédias White
Total destemming and pressing. Selection of grape must and post cooling and decantation at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature and around 15ºC for 20 days. About 15% of the wine ferment and age for 6 months in a 500L French oak barrel. The barrel aging allowed this wine to stand out from all its most mineral characteristics. Floral in aroma, but in harmony with the barrel, this wine is very complete, with a remarkable volume and structure from the first taste. The citrus notes and the minerality, give freshness to the wine, keeping the aftertaste vibrant and long. Contains sulfites.
