Biological Wine: The color and scent of Nature is intense and the taste is complex, asking to be discovered with enthusiasm. After all it is a 100% Alvarinho made without addition of sulphites, with complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Based on production concepts that value biodiversity, this Soalheiro is made from grapes of the Alvarinho variety. The bottling, without filtration, causes the wine in the bottle to be subject to deposit, being this deposit essential for the protection of the oxidation, facilitating a stable evolution of this Out-of-the-Box Soil. Alvarinho grapes are harvested manually in the vineyards of Quinta da Soalheiro, where we use production concepts that value biodiversity and the wine-growing ecosystem, promoting environmental sustainability. Manual harvest, selection table, pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperatures (12º to 14ºC). Stage in stainless steel vats on fine lees. Yellow citrus color, intense and fresh aroma dominated by citrus fruits, tropical fruits and white pulp fruits. In the mouth stands out its acidity that together with its volume and texture give it a long and refreshing finish. Contains Sulfites.

After destemming and crushing, the grapes are pressed in pneumatic press with oxidation protection. Static decanting for 48 hours and alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels. Clear wine, straw color, aromas of apricot, lime and peach, with notes of toast from the barrel. Fresh, unctuous and structured, with notes of citrus, toasted barrel and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.

Pinkish color, with little intense red reflections. Elegant aroma, where red fruits stand out together with some vegetable aromas that give it greater freshness.
