Soalheiro Terramatter White
The Terramatter is a different wine, belongs to the family of Natural Soalheiros, therefore not subject to filtration and elaborated with grapes of the Alvarinho variety, where it is used to production concepts that valorize the biodiversity. It rata of a Sunny that can be interpreted as a return to origins and that could be, simultaneously, a look at the future. Intense color, full velvety aroma and complex flavor with vibrant vegetable at the end, demonstrates a sharp personality and a differentiated profile. Partial malolactic fermentation in brown barrels and early harvesting are fundamental factors.
Soalheiro Alvarinho White
An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted wort is decanted for 48 hours, followed by controlled temperature fermentation, using pre-selected yeasts for this purpose. The bottling takes place after the stabilization of the wine, followed by a bottle stage. The Alvarinho Soalheiro winemaking is directed to obtain a wine that concentrates the quality of the grapes and allows a good evolution after the bottling. Citrus yellow color, aroma with the profile of Alvarinho Soalheiro Classical, intense and tropical with mineral notes. Contains Sulfites.
Soalheiro Allo White
ALLO could just be a greeting, or perhaps refer to the famous BBC sitcom 'Allo 'Allo!, but it is the combination of the initials of Alvarinho and Loureiro, two noble grape varieties from Minho. Loureiro, which represents 70% of this wine's blend, contributes its floral notes, while Alvarinho is responsible for the structure of ALLO. By combining the delicate nature of Loureiro with the confidence of Alvarinho, ALLO is a wine that represents the more fun and serious sides of Minho.
Esporão Reserva White
Destemming, thermal shock, skin maceration, pressing, static decanting of the must, fermentation at controlled temperatures: 70% in stainless steel vats and 30% in new American and French oak barrels. Aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats and in new oak barrels, on fine lees. Crystalline appearance, straw color with greenish reflections. Grapefruit and apricot notes, notes of mint green complemented with white pepper and nutmeg. Elegant and harmonious on the palate, balanced between fruit and spices. An intense and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Low pressure pressing of whole grapes. Separate fermentation in a stainless steel tank, at a controlled temperature of 16ºC and without prolonged contact with the lees. All the grapes staged separately in stainless steel vats. Intense and complex aroma, in which the minerality predominates on the floral and citrine notes. Full and bulky in the mouth, with subtle acidity, it reveals the fruit in all its fullness, making it a unique quality set. Contains Sulfites.
Ervideira Invisível White
Invisible is a white wine of red grapes obtained from the tear of fine grapes of the Aragonese grape variety. It results from the nocturnal harvesting of a selected field, when the optimum maturation point is reached. Almost transparent, with pink lace, it has a floral scent, with notes of white fruits (melon and pear). The palate confirms the aroma, with a good balance and slightly sweet finish. Accompany sushi dishes, smoked fish and seafood. Contains Sulfites.

Alabastro Red
The proof features a deep ruby color and intense aromas of red fruits. In the mouth it is full bodied, and soft with a good feeling of freshness and where you can notice the flavors of the red fruits combined with notes of spices. The Alabastro, with its aromatic richness, accompanies meat dishes or grilled fish, salads and fresh cheeses.
