Manual harvest. Total stalking. Pre-fermentative maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Vacuum press, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel vats (50%) and in 400L barrels for 20 to 30 days. Aging for 50% for 4 months in French oak barrels. Citrus yellow color, complex aroma of tropical fruits and white flowers with notes of butter and coconut. Fresh attack, fine acidity and sharp body. Quite mineral and harmonious. Long finish. Contains Sulfites.

Fermentation in stainless steel, lemon straw color, very fresh and fruity nose, it is rich in notes of fresh fruit such as apricot, pear and tropical fruits. In the mouth the entrance is fresh, fruity and very tasty. With good acidity, it presents a minerality supported by ripe fruit flavors such as pear and pineapple. Very tasty and with a long finish. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature (10-15ºC) for 12 to 15 days. 3 to 6 months in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Yellow color with green tones, exuberant aroma, fresh and light, dominated by citrus fruits and tropical aromas. Palate dominated by its acidity, with good volume, has a persistent and refreshing finish. Contains sulfites.

Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature. It presents an intense red color, floral and spice aroma, from French oak barrels where it aged for 6 months. In the mouth it is fresh and complex. Contains sulfites.
Terras de Mogadouro Gewurztraminer White
Grapes crushed at low pressure in a pneumatic press, separating the skins from the must, 'open spout', and transferred to stainless steel vats to ferment at a temperature of 14º-16º. Bright citrus color, exuberant on the nose with notes of lychees and roses, enveloping mouth with white pulp fruit, great volume and freshness, with an intense, long and persistent finish. Gastronomic, great to have at the table essentially with fish, risottos, grilled wild mushrooms, in particular grilled squash; strong ripened sheep or goat cheeses. It goes well with spices, like curry. Great for salads or even sushi. Contains sulfites.
