Quinta dos Carvalhais Mélange à Trois Red
The grapes were harvested by caste and field, and at the time a rigorous qualitative selection was carried out. After gentle destemming and pressing, the grapes were transported by gravity to small stainless steel vats with temperature control, where they were vinified, caste to caste. The alcoholic fermentation occurred for about 8 days at an average temperature of about 27 ° C. 40% of the wine aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels of 225 liters, with the rest staged in stainless steel vats. After stage it was subjected to a light glue and filtration before bottling and was bottled without stabilization treatment by cold, which can cause the formation of deposit during its aging in bottle. Intense ruby ??color with violet tint. Aroma with presence of ripe red fruits, floral notes typical of Touriga Nacional. Balsamic character with fresh menthol notes. Mouth with excellent volume and integrated structure, very balanced acidity in a harmonious and long finish. Contains Sulfites.
A Trincadeira Não é Tão Preta Red
Selective manual harvest in 40 kg baskets, selection on a selection table, entry into the vat by gravity without the use of pumps. Minimum intervention winemaking. It aged for 9 months in stainless steel vats without contact with barrel and 3 months in bottle. It presents a fragile garnet-ruby color, nose with notes of wet forest, mushroom and spicy, with very soft herbal touches. In the mouth it is very fresh, very structured and of medium texture. Contains sulfites.

After destemming and pressing, the tear wort was statically decanted for 48 hours. Fermentation and aging take place in a 2500 L French oak barrel (50%) and in cement (50%). The wine ages for 11 months “sur lie” without batonnage, followed by another 10 months in stainless steel. Texture of Estrela Branco is a white with a complex aroma. Orange peel, raw nuts and dried tea leaf are the most obvious. In the mouth, it has remarkable acidity and minerality, the citrus fruit is highlighted as well as a creamy texture from the fermentation in a wooden barrel, well integrated. Contains sulfites.
Tiago Cabaço Syrah Red
Fermentation in a mill with steps on foot and temperature control. Aging for 15 months in French oak barrels, half new and half of 2nd year. Huge in color and aroma, concentrated and seductive, floral and fruity. It stands out due to the refreshing freshness of the aftertaste and the soft, yet powerful tannins that brighten the exciting finish. Contains sulfites.
Taboadella Villae Red
100% destemmed by vibration. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats. With four grape varieties of great character, Villae red is a differentiating lot forming a set that we can call “perfect wedding”! The red ink gives structure and muscle, Jaen shows its natural claw, the alfrocheiro brings minerality and the pine ink shows the aromas of forest and forest. Contains sulfites.

All varieties are vinified by direct pressing. Cinsault and Tibouren in stainless steel vats. Grenache & Rolle are partially vinified in tulip-shaped concrete vats with a rounded bottom. This ovoid shape gives rise to a natural convection movement that suspends the lees creating the same effect as a batonnage and gives the wine a lot of structure. It has a very clear light pink color with bluish reflections. This wine offers an elegant nose with delicate notes of grapefruit and white flowers. Terras de Santo António White is the result of a blend of several varieties such as Encruzado, Verdelho and others. It has a citrine yellow color with greenish tinges.
