Produced exclusively from Encruzado, the Dão region’s most emblematic white grape variety, Soito Reserva Encruzado authentically expresses the elegance and character of its terroir. Crafted using a traditional winemaking approach, the wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation and partial ageing in French oak barrels, followed by six months of bâtonnage, enhancing its complexity, texture and balance.

On the palate, it displays a refined structure supported by vibrant minerality and excellent freshness. The finish is long, persistent and complex, showcasing the distinctive personality of this noble grape variety.
