Fermentation took place slowly in French oak barrels purchased from a Port wine house. Amber color, with notes of apricot, honey, raisins, nuts and delicate floral aromas. Manual harvest. Grapes from an old Rabo-de-Ovelha vineyard with more than 40 years. Total destemming and pressing. Grape must selection and low temperature decantation. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts. This wine is not aged in barrels. It presents a crystalline color with greenish tones. 50% of the stemmed grapes and 50% of the destemmed grapes fermented for 15 days at controlled temperatures between 20 and 23ºC, with little skin maceration. Alentejo and contemporary, Dom Rafael is a versatile red, ideal to accompany varied gastronomic proposals. The Dom Rafael red stalks in casks of Portuguese chestnut and oak and in French oak barrels for 12 months, after which it staged for at least another 6 months in the bottle. Over the years this is a wine that is increasingly smooth, complex and balanced. The grapes that make up this wine come from old vines planted in schist soil at an average altitude of 350 meters in the region between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca d'Alva, in the Douro Superior. With exposure to the Northeast, we were able to obtain full-bodied red wines with an elegant profile. Hand picking vintage. Fermentation made by grape varieties to improve the rigor in the selection of the final blend that gives rise to this wine. Fermentation takes place in small-capacity stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature of around 28ºC. Controlled maceration in order to obtain an aromatic and elegant wine. Pequenos Rebentos Selvagem White
Made from a “Vinha de Forcado” planted in 1932, located in Amarante, a viticulture system that grows through the trees and reaches almost 7 meters in height. The harvest is done with ladders.
After manual harvesting, with the help of ladders, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed, bag by bag, to a small mill, trodden on foot and then fermented in an amphora with
indigenous yeasts. This was followed by light pressing and aging with the total lees in used barrels.

Pequenos Rebentos Loureiro Vinhas Velhas White
Made from a vineyard planted in 1989, between Ponte de Lima and Braga, the vines of the Loureiro variety with the lowest production were selected. Wine resulting from spontaneous fermentation, in used barrels from Puligny-Montrachet and consequent maturation of about 7 months, using battonage. It is a wine with a strong varietal character, fresh with a slight floral. This laurel has a well-closed aroma, with light florals, with a greenish color, thin and fine in the mouth, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Made from grapes from selected winemakers from Melgaço and Monção, this wine is the result of several years of studies of grape varieties, soils, winemaking processes and the special people we came to know. We chose Monção and Melgaço because we believe it has everything to be a great wine in the world. Vinification took place together with skin maceration + tanning + amphora fermentation. The grapes are picked by hand prior to destemming and there is an automated selection process. These are gently crushed before being transferred to the fermentation in the vats where they are inoculated with a specially selected yeast culture and fermented at 25 ° C. Lot made from press and tear wine. Gold color. Complex nose with notes of white fruit, citrus and some wet stone. In the mouth it is fresh and structured. Castello D’Alba Moscatel Galego White
Manual harvest for small perforated boxes of 20 kg, soft pressing of the whole bunches without destemming, in order to preserve the integrity of the grapes as much as possible, natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature between 16-18ºC in order to obtain the maximum expression of the combination of caste, soil and climate. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was in contact with the fine lees, having been raised and stirred for about a month in stainless steel vats in order to gain creaminess and volume in the mouth. After bottling, the wine aged in bottle for 3 months before being placed on the market. It presents an intense aroma, of mineral character in balance with floral notes of roses and violets in harmony with aromas of tangerine and grapefruit peel. Acidity and freshness with fruit dominate the palate, very long and creamy with very fresh acidity. Contains sulfites.

The grapes, from previously selected vines and in general from vines over 30 years old, follow a strict control of maturation to determine the optimum height of manual harvesting. At the cellar, the grapes arrived in optimum conditions and the partial destemming and crushing of the grapes began, followed by fermentation and a prolonged maceration of 10 to 12 days, to extract the best aromas and all the complexity of the fruit. This was followed by malolactic fermentation, partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in wooden barrels. For greater complexity, structure and richness, the final blend selected aged 12 months in 2nd and 3rd year barrels of French and American oak, and 6 months in the bottle for final refinement. Clear appearance, deep garnet color. Rich and full aroma, showing aromas of jam, jam and cocoa. Soft, full-bodied and complex flavor, highlighted by notes of very ripe black fruits and robust, persistent tannins, which guarantee longevity. Contains sulfites.

Produced from a vineyard over 100 years old where Arinto dos Açores dominates, but there are also Verdelho, Boal (Malvasia Fina) and Alicante white (Boal de Alicante). Harvested by hand, selection on a selection table, direct press, cold decanted 12h, first presses vinified in stainless steel in a horizontal vat, 2nd presses fermented in French oak barrels for 3 years of use, without batonnage for 9 months. Yellow citrus-straw color, iodine aroma, salt, linden. In the mouth, dense concentrated attack, acidity cuts in half and remains until the end of the tasting, salt and iodine, it is a sea slap. Quinta de Lemos Rose
This wine is obtained after direct pressing of Touriga Nacional red grapes. All alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 13ºC. A pale, fine and appealing rose water hue. Delicate aroma of floral notes of red fruits, strawberries and raspberries. Mouth voluminous and attractive, easy with a long, persistent and addictive finish. Contains sulfites.
GIZ Vinhas Velhas Red
Desengace and fermented grapes in a wine press with manual treading. Malolactic fermentation and a prolonged period of 20 months in new barrels (50%) and French oak barrels. Naturally stabilized wine during barrel aging. 3650 bottles were produced. Delicate aromas of ripe red fruit and light floral notes. Mediterranean bush, cedar, wood, mocha, spice and moss add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long finish, the result of the prolonged aging in barrels to which it was submitted. Contains sulfites.
