Total destemming, soft pressing, natural static decanting, alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC, sparkling wine by the classical method and degorgement a la volé. Crystalline appearance with gas release, fine and persistent bubble. Defined citrus color, fruity aroma, discreet in white pulp fruits but persistent, nuances of nuts and light toasted. Fruity and fresh flavor and at the end elegant and harmonious. Contains sulfites.
Envelope White
Made with grapes harvested from the old vines on the Ribeiro Santo property and on another plot, in São João de Lourosa, where the Dão runs, which calls the origin of this blend, made from the Encruzado variety. The must fermented under lees, then in 300L barrels and aged there, with battonage, for 6 months. After bottling, the wine was kept in the cellar for another 6 months. Clear and citrine color. Delicate aroma with notes of white fruit, aromatic herbs and a mineral profile. In the mouth tasting it shows complexity and freshness, with a refreshing minerality and citric acidity. This Sparkling wine remains in the basement for 48 long months at a constant temperature of 12ºC. Chardonnay shows refinement and freshness, the Arinto with exquisite acidity evidences the potential of the sandy-clay soil of Vinha das Andorinhas located in the Pedreira de Vilarinho. To obtain the structure and preservation potential indispensable to this exceptional Superior Sparkling Wine, only the juices of the whole grape core are used after separation of the first and last extraction. The grapes are left to ferment for the first time, turning the juice into wine base. The permanence in cuba allows the development of the complexity of the aromas and the structure of Sparkling Superior ELPÍDIO. The elegance and delicacy of the aroma suggest soft notes of white flesh fruits, remembering pear and apple, with slight citrus fruit and some toasted. The persistence and creaminess revealed by the long stage, wrapped in perfect freshness and mousse, contribute to a deep and sophisticated finish. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were fermented in a stainless steel mill at a temperature of 28º C for 10 days, being bottled after 8 months without being filtered or stabilized by the cold. No use of wood. Dark color, aroma of blueberries, violets, chocolate, dried dates, red cherry. Very fruity, smoky, balanced taste, good acidity, tannins present (due to Tannat) but smooth. Long end of test. Quinta do Crasto Tinta Roriz Red
The grapes from the best Tinta Roriz field at Quinta do Crasto were transported in boxes of 22 kg of food plastic and subjected to a rigorous sorting at the entrance of the winery. After a traditional mill tread, the masses were transferred to an open-top stainless steel vat and mechanical stems where they were fermented for 10 days at controlled temperature. After the alcoholic fermentation the grapes were gently pressed in hydraulic presses. Aged in new barrels of 225 liters of French oak for 18 months. It has an opaque, violet color laden with aroma of excellent aromatic intensity, where notes of ripe red fruits stand out, fresh notes of esteva, which resemble menthol notes. Very complex and inviting aroma. In the mouth has a powerful beginning, evolved to a wine of great volume, massive tannins but of elegant texture. All very well wrapped in retro nose scents that resemble red fruits. A very gastronomic wine of seductive character that finishes balanced and persistent. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. Pelicular maceration followed by fermentation with the films for a few hours. Fermentation ends in used 400 liter French oak barrels. In the same barrels it undergoes bâtonnage for 9 months on total lees. Ages 12 months in bottle. Strong intensity of the varietal aromas of the variety where pineapple and grapefruit stand out. On the palate, full bodied showing elegantly ripe tannins. Strong concentration of fruit, namely grapefruit, lemon and pear with resinous nuances. Ends long and dry with noble bitters typical of the variety. Contains Sulfites.
