Atypical color and free of “defects”. It is a wine that is found outside this region. A white wine from the Boal do Barreiro variety, aged 5 years in the bottle when put on the market. It presents an intense, mineral and fruity aroma, in the mouth it is fresh, intense and with great volume in the mouth. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in French oak barrels, with vigorous battonage for 6 months. Stage in French oak half barrels and later 5 years in bottle.

Alvarinho single-varietal sparkling wine, citrus yellow in color, with fine bubbles and persistent string. It presents a good balance between acidity and alcohol, where the fruity aroma of the Alvarinho grape persists. It should be served between 8ºC and 10ºC, being ideal to accompany roasts, red meat, suckling pig, cheeses and oysters. This superior quality sparkling wine comes from Alvarinho grapes harvested on a small plot, located at an altitude of between 300 and 350 meters, aged close to 20 years, protected from north winds and on granite soils. providing the development of small berries, with a thick skin and slow maturation, in order to preserve all the aromatic complexity of the grape. These grapes are harvested earlier so that the total acidity is higher and its probable level is no more than 11.7%, resulting in a fresh, light sparkling wine, with fine and persistent bubbles. Manual harvesting in "field blend". Fermentation in a wooden vats with indigenous yeasts and subsequent maceration for 4 weeks. Aged in 1000L barrels for 2 years and 2 years in bottles. Dark garnet color. Intense and highly complex aroma. Aromatic notes of roses, some herbaceous notes. On the palate it is very structured with good balance and elegance and long persistence. Manual harvest for 20kg boxes. The grapes were carefully selected on a sorting table and then destemmed. Fermentation carried out in a mill with indigenous yeasts. Finished with an aging of 24 months in barrels, 50% in new barrels, 50% in used French oak barrels (225L). Intense aroma of wild fruits and black fruit, balsamic notes and spice. In the mouth it is fruity, firm tannins and very well integrated. It presents a good acidity and a long and tasty finish. Contains sulfites.
Maria Izabel Sublime Red
The harvested grapes rested for 24 hours in a refrigerated container at 8º C in order to protect the integrity of the bunches. Followed by selection on a mat of choice, 30% with destemmed and 70% whole bunch were introduced into the vat, allowing the extraction of color compounds and aromas more smoothly during 3 days of alcoholic fermentation totally in stainless steel vats, being bled from each vat. a small volume of must completing both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in used French oak barrels. Wine with an open ruby color, primary aromas of rockrose involved by notes of forest fruits in a set of fine cut, light fresh spice. In the mouth seductive with freshness, elegance, light salty, long – Burgundy Inspired Wine. Contains sulfites.
Costa Boal Superior Red
Produced from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Sousão, harvested in Cabêda (Alijo) Cima Corgo and in Pocinho V.N. Foz Côa, Douro Superior. This Superior red aged in French oak barrels for between 16 and 18 months. It has a lively ruby color and complex aroma, large volume, lively acidity, very well integrated, and finely cut tannins. Its finish is very long, elegant and highly harmonious. Edition of 6000 bottles. Contains sulfites.

Coelheiros Chardonnay White
The grapes were manually harvested into 25kg boxes and immediately transported to the cellar where they were stored in the cold chamber for 24 hours. This was followed by grape selection and pneumatic pressing and decanting. The alcoholic fermentation started in a stainless steel tank with selected yeasts. After fermentation starts, the must was transferred to 500L barrels. The wine was kept in contact with fine lees. Aging for 8 months in barrels with battonage. The nose shows white fruit involved in light, very discreet smoky notes. The palate is unctuous, balanced and with a good acidity that gives it a fresh and prolonged finish. Contains sulfites.
