Quinta de Lemos Dona Georgina 2013 Red
Touriga Nacional, full and voluminous with a sweet and structured Tinta Roriz, growing on slopes at an altitude between 350 and 400 meters. The vine is grown within an integrated protection program. Infestation control is achieved through soil movement. The grape harvest is hand made, caste by caste, when they reach the ideal point of maturation, usually between the second fortnight of September and the first fortnight of October. Harvest is placed in small boxes of 10 kg. These wines are obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature in order to preserve all its aromatic elegance in large wooden barrels and a stainless steel tank for 7 to 10 days. The wine is produced by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and has a subsequent maturation period of 18 months to enhance its structure and complexity. Quinta de Lemos Dona Georgina presents a dense texture with ripe plums and gooseberries. Sweet and fragrant in the mouth, with quality balsamic notes conferring extra complexity. Long finish and a good balance between power and elegance. Contains Sulfites.

Pedra Cancela Amplitude Red
Total destemming, fermentation with some maceration in wine press, with temperature control. Stage for 12 months in French oak barrels and 10 months in stage cellar. It is a red that impresses by the contained and elegant tone, with delicate fruit very beautiful and pure, based on the wild fruits. Flavor full and vibrant, delicate but affirmative, always oriented towards the purity and delicacy of the fruit. Very long and vibrant finish. Contains Sulfites.
Monte da Ravasqueira Nero D’Avola Red
Nero d'Avola is one of the most important castes in Italy. Originally from southern Sicily, it arrived at Monte da Ravasqueira by the hand of its founder José Manuel de Mello in the incessant search of the indifferent exploration of the terroir and the production of atypical and challenging wines. In the harvest of 2012 this wish was interpreted, giving rise to a unique and rare wine in Portugal that maintains the original characteristics but which expresses well the unique freshness and mineral character of our grapes.
100% Nero d'Avola, Ravasqueira Nero d'Avola 2012 wine proved to be precocious and fast maturing. Acidity, aromatic intensity and density of tannins are the adjectives that best characterize this year's grapes. Manually harvested and subject to a lowering of the temperature before vinification.
Incarnate color alive and intense. Nose complex, closed in need of decanting. Slight notes of eucalyptus, varied peppers, floral and with intense notes of cherry. The test is full and elegant. High density of fine tannins in balance with mineral acidity, fleshy and light vegetable. Contains Sulfites.

Initial cold maceration, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and prolonged maceration. Stage in French oak barrels for 12 months. Deep in color and intense aromas of fruit and spices, tamed by the floral surrounding. Compact and with refreshing tannins in a pleasant and prolonged finish. Contains Sulfites.
Messias Vinha de Santa Bárbara Red
Initial cold maceration, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and prolonged maceration. Stage in French oak barrels for 24 months. Wine of intense ruby color. Intense nose with notes of ripe black and blue fruits surrounded by good notes of wood. In the mouth test it is dense and with enormous structure. It ends very long. Contains Sulfites.
Messias Garrafeira Magnum Red
Partial destemming of the grapes prior to their entry into the mill, where they were trampled on foot for 6 days. Finishing of the alcoholic fermentation in vinous French oak barrels.
The 2-years-wood stage in followed by another year of bottle tuning in the cave. Intense ruby color. Characteristic Atlantic wine, where balsamic nuances of resin and cedars are involved wirh iodized and saline sensations. Huge structure and great potential for aging. Contains Sulfites.
Lothian Vineyards Chardonnay White
Harvested by hand with maximum ripeness. The fruit was pressed together with a period of contact with the skin. The fermentation was initiated in stainless steel with ambient yeast. The fermentation juice was changed by a selection of French barrique, followed by a period of battonage to strengthen the middle palate of the wine. Nine months of ripening of the barrel in the fine lees have enriched the wine and increased the wealth. Before bottling, the wine was slightly filtered to preserve its integrity. Made from 100% Chardonnay, the nose exudes ripe stone fruit, lemon zest and slices of pineapple. The clean and refreshing acidity supports the ripe yellow fruit, complexed with vanilla bean spice and oat texture. Contains Sulfites.

Total destemming and alcoholic fermentation at 24ºC and partial skin maceration. Maturation for 48 months in stainless steel.
Claret color with brownish tones. Intense aroma in notes of forest, spices, noble fungi and mature tobacco. Intense and complex flavor, it is soft, elegant and harmonious.
Goes well with fish and meat on the grill, roasted or stewed as long as lightly seasoned and well structured. Contains sulfites.
