Soalheiro 9% Magnum White
An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. Alvarinho grapes without late harvest were harvested in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short period of time. The must obtained by pressing the whole grapes was decanted and fermented at low temperature. The fermentation took place in stainless steel until reaching the balance of sweetness and acidity intended and that dictated the final alcohol of this Soalheiro - 9%. Citrus and tropical notes of the Alvarinho variety with a balance of unusual acidity and sweetness. Contains Sulfites.
Vinha de Santa Maria Granítico White
Manual harvest. Grapes from a single vine of the Encruzado variety. Total destemming and pressing. Selection of grape must and after cooling and decanting at low temperature for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature and around 15ºC for 20 days under indigenous yeasts. This wine has no influence of aging in barrel. Crystalline in color with greenish nuances, this wine shows the authenticity of the grape variety, in a fresh and elegant way. Notes of pear and white flowers in the aroma. With a good volume in the mouth and structured, showing the toast of the barrel in harmony with an almost crunchy acidity and citric character.
Ribeiro Santo Rabo-Ovelha White
Manual harvest. Grapes from an old Rabo-de-Ovelha vineyard with more than 40 years. Total destemming and pressing. Grape must selection and low temperature decantation. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts. This wine is not aged in barrels. It presents a crystalline color with greenish tones. Elegant and very fresh aroma with notes of citrus and wet stone. Very good structure in the mouth, with minerality and vibrant acidity. Contains sulfites.
Ribeiro Santo Bastardo Red
50% of the stemmed grapes and 50% of the destemmed grapes fermented for 15 days at controlled temperatures between 20 and 23ºC, with little skin maceration. After fermentation, it was transferred to French oak barrels of several years where the malolactic fermentation took place and remained for 10 months. Unfiltered wine, subject to deposit. Early maturing variety with little color. This wine is characterized by the aroma of wild berries, balsamic and with some notes of tobacco. Delicate with an acidity in harmony with the elegance that appears in each tasting. A smooth wine, with a persistent but light finish. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvesting of grapes exclusively from the designated portion of the titmouse vineyard. Plot of clayey loam soil with rolled stone. The best portion of Quinta de Santiago. Wild and slow fermentation in stainless steel vats. Internship on Fine lees with periodic batonage for 8 months. Vegan, citrus appearance, elegant and complex, notes of chipped stone, timid citrus fruit. Balanced and persistent. Great Freshness. Mineral and saline well marked by its tension and vibrant acidity, without ever losing sight of the fruit. Contains sulfites.

The grapes for this wine come from a vineyard planted at an altitude of 571 meters. This location allows the grapes to have a natural acidity that will be decisive to produce a vibrant and fresh wine. It is a very balanced and elegant wine. It has, as is typical of the variety, an exuberant aroma with notes of citrus and linden flowers and honey. The mouth is "seasoned" by acidity and minerality, ensuring a delicious freshness. He wins us over in the first glass and is the perfect companion for drinking alone or for snacks. Contains sulfites.

Palácio dos Távoras Bago a Bago is a field blend made from typical grapes from the Trás-os-Montes sub-region, harvested berry by berry, in a centenary vineyard without a frame, reveals the potential of such a peculiar territory. Fermentation in 500L barrels spontaneously, with manual reassembly of the masses, showing all its potential. The result is an uncomplicated and more elegant wine. Contains sulfites.
Pequenos Rebentos Selvagem White
Made from a “Vinha de Forcado” planted in 1932, located in Amarante, a viticulture system that grows through the trees and reaches almost 7 meters in height. The harvest is done with ladders.
After manual harvesting, with the help of ladders, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed, bag by bag, to a small mill, trodden on foot and then fermented in an amphora with
indigenous yeasts. This was followed by light pressing and aging with the total lees in used barrels.

Bottling: July 2021 (not filtered or stabilized). Yellowish wine, with an intense aroma, with a touch of straw and critin. Vibrant wine in the mouth, with excellent acidity, the fruit on the nose goes very well in the mouth. Finishes long and persistent with mineral nuances. Contains sulfites.
Provezaide 17 Plus Red
A wine that presents itself with 17 and a half degrees of alcohol content, is only made when the maturation of the grape allows it. Despite the high degree, the wine is surprisingly fresh. Vinification in stainless steel vats and aging for 20 months in 500L used French oak barrels. Contains sulfites.
Pequenos Rebentos Loureiro Vinhas Velhas White
Made from a vineyard planted in 1989, between Ponte de Lima and Braga, the vines of the Loureiro variety with the lowest production were selected. Wine resulting from spontaneous fermentation, in used barrels from Puligny-Montrachet and consequent maturation of about 7 months, using battonage. It is a wine with a strong varietal character, fresh with a slight floral. This laurel has a well-closed aroma, with light florals, with a greenish color, thin and fine in the mouth, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Pequenos Rebentos O Caminho White
Made from grapes from selected winemakers from Melgaço and Monção, this wine is the result of several years of studies of grape varieties, soils, winemaking processes and the special people we came to know. We chose Monção and Melgaço because we believe it has everything to be a great wine in the world. Vinification took place together with skin maceration + tanning + amphora fermentation. Aged 10 months in used barrels. Contains sulfites.
Ribeiro Santo Encruzado Dourado White
Manual harvest. Grapes from a single vine of the Encruzado variety, from Quinta do Ribeiro Santo. Total destemming. Prolonged maceration in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts along with the doughs. Fermentation temperature around 17ºC. At the end of Fermentation, the masses are pressed separating the tear from the press. Lot made from press and tear wine. Gold color. Complex nose with notes of white fruit, citrus and some wet stone. In the mouth it is fresh and structured. A vibrant acidity that demonstrates aging potential. A white with a long, vibrant finish. Contains sulfites.

It aged in French oak barrels for 8 months. It presents itself as a more complex and textured wine, full of elegance and volume, widely gastronomic or to be enjoyed solo. Dark and dense garnet color. Nose of great impact and balance between notes of ripe black fruit, plum and fig and notes of wood aging. In the race it presents a unique lightness and power with a velvety texture and facing the table. Contains sulfites.
