Quinta do Piloto Collection Roxo White
Quinta do Piloto Collection Roxo is a limited edition, elaborated from a unique variety that a few years ago was on the verge of extinction. Moscatel Roxo is a rare variety, known for making one of the best liqueurs in Portugal. Its purple color and small berry distinguish this grape from the Moscatel de Setúbal variety. This special variety gives the wine intense floral notes, making it unique, fresh, with excellent minerality and a long finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Calçada Reserva Magnum White
Coming from the best plots of this farm, the Alvarinho, Loureiro and Arinto grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, after static decanting, fermented in French oak barrels where it aged for 8 months. This Reserve edition has a citrus yellow color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with notes of wood well integrated and combined with the minerality of the wine. Good volume in the mouth (creamy), with a crunchy acidity and a fresh and long finish. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes. De-stemmed and crushed, followed by mass cooling and gentle pressing. After decanting the must, alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperature (18 ºC) for 15 days. After fermentation, it was aged on fine lees for 3 months, having been "batonnage" during the first month.Rosé from Quinta das Marias is a refreshing wine that appeals to hot days with friends around the pool. that does not lose its flavor and freshness. Quinta da Pellada Encruzado Late Release White
This Encruzado comes from a plot at 500 meters altitude of granitic soil with lines of clay. After pre-fermentation skin contact and static decantation, fermentation took place in barrels (500/600L) with 5 years of use. The aging was very long (late release) in barrels without battonage or sulfur addition. Direct bottling without filtering or gluing. Contains sulfites.

The harvest took place in perfect atmospheric conditions. The properly selected and destemmed grapes were pressed in a pneumatic press, fermented at low temperatures over 4 weeks and aged on the fine lees for 6 months. Very vibrant citrus aroma, peach and floral notes. In the mouth it is an elegant white, very fresh with a slight greasiness, all in excellent harmony. Contains sulfites.
Xisto Cru White
Austere and mineral wine with aromas of white flowers and citrus notes, light notes of gunpowder and wet stone. In the mouth it is very fresh and lively, vertical with well-marked acidity, shows intensity and concentration typical of old vines, citrus also in the tasting finishes with notes of gunpowder and light wood. Contains sulfites.
Monólogo Chardonnay White
Monólogo Chardonnay P706, is a monocasta wine whose grapes come from Quinta dos Espinhosos. The grapes are cultivated using sustainable farming practices and the vineyards are converted to organic production. It is a wine with great complexity and elegance. Straw yellow color with crystalline tones. It has white fruit aromas with a rich and complex palate. A long and pleasant ending. Vocation to the table! This wine will evolve well in the next three to five years. This wine accompanies especially well fatty fish dishes and poultry. Contains Sulfites.

Monólogo Arinto is a monocasta wine produced with grapes from the P24 plot of Quinta de Santa Teresa, using sustainable farming practices. This property is in conversion to organic production.
