Grapes crushed at low pressure in a pneumatic press, separating the skins from the must, 'open spout', and transferred to stainless steel vats to ferment at a temperature of 14º-16º. Bright citrus color, exuberant on the nose with notes of lychees and roses, enveloping mouth with white pulp fruit, great volume and freshness, with an intense, long and persistent finish. Gastronomic, great to have at the table essentially with fish, risottos, grilled wild mushrooms, in particular grilled squash; strong ripened sheep or goat cheeses. It goes well with spices, like curry. Great for salads or even sushi. Contains sulfites.

Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels. Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature. Produced from a rigorous selection of grapes, from the best vineyards in this Douro region. This Colheita has a red color, with aromas of wild fruits and cherries. In the mouth it has good fruity flavors and some longevity. Contains sulfites.
Les Clans Côtes de Provence Rose
Grapes are selected from vines that grow from parcels of superior quality. The best quality lots bearing old vines consisting primarily of Grenache, Vermentino and Syrah. Harvesting at sunrise to noon. Optical grape sorting. Destemming and slight crushing at 7-8ºC to avoid oxidation. 90% free run juice. 10% first slight pressing. No maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in new and second year demi-muids (600L Barrels). 10 months burgundian style " Bâtonnage" twice weekly. Individual barrel temperature control. Contains sulfites.

Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Winemaking with crushing. Produced from the Sousão grape variety, from the best vineyards in this Douro region, this wine has a charming and immediately seductive aroma, with black fruit, exotic woods, sweet spices, toasted cocoa. Creamy, textured, deep, with fine tannins, perfect acidity, austere and long finish, a full Douro. Contains sulfites.
Tiago Cabaço Alicante Bouschet Red
The harvest was performed manually for small capacity boxes. After destemming the grapes, they were trampled on foot in modern temperature-controlled stainless steel presses, followed by aging in French oak barrels and prolonged aging in the bottle. Fermentation steps on foot in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Compact ruby color, fine but powerful tannins. Complex aroma where notes of ripe red fruits are mixed. Long and elegant finish. Contains Sulfites.

This wine was fermented at low temperatures in order to preserve its aromatic quality. This wine has a salmon color with terracotta notes, with aromas of wild berries, citrus and rosy fruits. In the mouth it is voluminous, acidic, persistent, fresh, with a floral touch and notes of orchard fruits. Contains sulfites.
Herdade de São Miguel Esquecido Arinto White
Manual harvest. Pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in 400L barrels for 10 to 15 days. Aging for 16 months in 400L French oak barrels. Yellow color with golden hints, aromas of great aromatic complexity that suggest dried fruits and notes of honey. Complex palate, with a lot of volume in the mouth and a lot of freshness. Contains sulfites.
Natus Red
Collected by hand, they were trodden on foot for 2 days. At the spontaneous start of fermentation, the grapes were pressed and the must kept in clay pots. Aging for 12 months, it was made in centenary barrels of Portuguese oak and chestnut. Complex aroma, red fruit flavor in harmony with vegetable and balsamic notes, translates into a lively and precise acidity in the mouth, with a delicate and elegant texture. Contains sulfites.
