Beefeater Crown Jewel
A rare bottle originally made by Beefeater in 1993, which was discontinued in 2009 with the introduction of Beefeater 24. A slightly different botanical selection creates a palate full of fresh citrus, candied peels and a dash of Pepper. The bird in the bottle is a reference to crows in the Tower of London, where usually the "Yeomen Warders" featured in the regular Beefeater gin bottles. Legend has it that if the crows left the tower, the crown and the Great Britain fell.

Port wine from a single harvest, produced only in years of exceptional quality. Aged in oak containers, it is bottled between the second and third year after the harvest. Controlled fermentation with prolonged maceration, interrupted by the addition of wine spirit. Strictly controlled aging in oak casks. Deep ruby color, strong aroma with aromatic intensity of currants and raspberries. Elegant palate, good fruit intensity. Fresh and firm tannins. Floral finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta Seara D’Ordens Talentvs Altitude Red
The grapes are harvested from the oldest vineyards at the Quinta which is 550 meters above sea level, facing north, with a mixture of various traditional Douro grape varieties. Fermentation started in a mill with foot treading and ended malolactic fermentation in used 500-liter barrels, where it aged for 19 months. This wine proves to be an intense fruit, with spices and a lot of "finesse". It is a very complex wine, but even cool and elegant weather. Contains sulfites.

Grapes harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in 20kg boxes, then placed in stainless steel vats with full bunch, where they are fermented with native yeast and minimal intervention. Aging for 18 months in stainless steel vat. Legitimate uses the normal Douro grape varieties, but seeks the same seductive appeal that the Bastard offers, a spicy and greedy lightness that makes it soft, fresh and appetizing. Conceito Único White
Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes before being refrigerated and then pressed into a pneumatic press without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barrels and regular bottling up to one month before bottling. Aging 11 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage and 6 months in bottle. It is a wine of extraordinary rarity, with incredible precision and definition, an expectation of longevity of 25 or more years, and immediately established itself as a cult white wine. Havana Club Añejo 15 Anos
Soalheiro Sauvignon Blanc / Alvarinho White
Sauvighon Blanc (70%) and Alvarinho (30%) ferment after gentle decantation in stainless steel tanks between 16 and 18ºC. In this way, a wine at the same time aromatic, with vegetable touches of Sauvignon Blanc, with a wider and mineral finish, reached by the depth of Alvarinho. A wine with a citrus color, aromatic with touches of asparagus and soft tropical, end of mouth persistent and mineral. Fish and shellfish, poultry and whole white meats. It accompanies very well grilled asparagus and vegetarian lasagne. Contains Sulfites.
Pierre Gimonnet Gastronome Brut White
Gastronome cuvée is a "Crémeux" champagne concept found in very few champagne producers. Historically created for catering (for "the cut", but also to accompany a meal), this cuvée is produced in "small mousse". That is to say, its foam is particularly fine so as not to disturb either the palate or the taste buds. It is an excellent spirited Champagne, perfect for an aperitif, which will bloom throughout the meal and surprise your guests. With 4 terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, this cuvée remarkably well expresses “the Pierre Gimonnet style”. Contains sulfites.
Quinta dos Murças Minas Red
Quinta dos Murças Minas, coming from the Douro region. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. In concrete vats and used French oak barrels, for about 9 months. Intense color with violet lines. Exuberant and concentrated aroma where the ripe red and black fruits dominate, some floral aromas and balsamic aromas, as the esteva. Palate dominated by freshness and liveliness, it has firm and ripe tannins, with a well-rounded acidity. It finishes long and persistent, standing out the balance between its freshness and maturation. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta das Tecedeiras Touriga Franca Red
Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming and slight crushing of the berries. The grapes were fermented in used 500L French oak barrels where they were subjected to gentle pigeages. After an aging period of 19 months in barrels, we carry out a light fining and then bottling. The wine rested for 1 year before being marketed. Deep ruby color. Intense, deep, complex aroma. Black fruits, bushy notes, toasted and spicy suggestions. Soft attack, firm but polished tannins that provide density and structure. Balanced acidity. Ends with strength. Contains sulfites.
