Quinta do Piloto Collection Síria is a limited edition. Made from a unique variety very rare in the region. This wine was created from grapes from a small vineyard called malhada Alta, near Lau, belonging to the Cardoso family for many years. Martell VSOP ('Very Superior Old Pale') has a gold medallion engraved with the portrait of Louis XIV and commemorates the year 1715, which saw the end of the King's reign and the birth of the Martell House. This celebration is made with a special cognac, expertly mixed, ripe, a true cocktail of aromas, all at once can be fresh, rounded and wooded. In color it shows a golden amber. From the vineyards of Herdade Paço do Conde located in an Alentejo microclimate ideal for white wines, the highest quality grapes of the Antão Vaz variety were selected. Contains sulfites.
Casa Velha Moscatel Galego White
Some of the best Moscatel grapes from the Favaios plateau are selected and harvested by hand. To extract the maximum aromatic richness of the grapes, a pre-fermentative maceration is carried out for 48 hours and only afterwards the clean must is extracted. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for about 15 days with a controlled temperature between 15-18ºC. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, a 5-month stage begins, during which contact with fine lees is promoted, after which filtration and bottling follow. Bright and citrus colored, with intense floral and fruity aromas, with emphasis on lychees, roses and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is quite elegant, fresh and balanced, with good acidity and medium structure. It ends in a balanced and persistent way. Contains sulfites.

50% of wine passes through Madeira de Carvalho francês, for a period of more than 6 months. Very deep, very rich and concentrated aromas. Notes of vermilion fruits combined with toasted nuances and baked berries are integrated on a firm and elegant structure. Complex and long, with aging potential. Count me sulfites.

Grapes carefully selected and transported in 20kg boxes. Vinification with minimalist intervention, where a cold maceration of whole grapes was carried out for 48 hours, followed by a soft pressing, fermented at a controlled temperature of 10ºC to 15ºC. 922 units were bottled, aging for 5 months in the bottle before its launch. The wine aged for 1 year in used French and Hungarian oak barrels and then 6 months in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. citrus color. Exuberance in a fresh and elegant nose, where white and yellow fruit emerges, combined with a smooth, well-integrated toast. Creamy palate with good depth supported by the fine and firm acidity that accompanies the tasting from start to finish. Contains sulfites.

Beefeater Crown Jewel
A rare bottle originally made by Beefeater in 1993, which was discontinued in 2009 with the introduction of Beefeater 24. A slightly different botanical selection creates a palate full of fresh citrus, candied peels and a dash of Pepper. The bird in the bottle is a reference to crows in the Tower of London, where usually the "Yeomen Warders" featured in the regular Beefeater gin bottles. Legend has it that if the crows left the tower, the crown and the Great Britain fell.
