Alvarinho grapes are harvested manually from a selection of grapes from our vineyards in Quinta de Soalheiro, produced according to the concepts of organic farming where we protect the wine ecosystem, promoting biodiversity and environmental sustainability. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation and stage in (new and used barrels), remaining in the fine lees with periodic batonnage until the end of June. Intense yellow color, elegant and persistent aroma with nuances of barrel, maintaining the freshness and the fruit of the Alvarinho variety. The flavor is full bodied and complex.

Biological Wine: The color and scent of Nature is intense and the taste is complex, asking to be discovered with enthusiasm. After all it is a 100% Alvarinho made without addition of sulphites, with complete alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. The bottling, without filtration, causes the wine in the bottle to be subject to deposit, being this deposit essential for the protection of the oxidation, facilitating a stable evolution of this Out-of-the-Box Soil. Alvarinho grapes are harvested manually in the vineyards of Quinta da Soalheiro, where we use production concepts that value biodiversity and the wine-growing ecosystem, promoting environmental sustainability. The color and aroma are intense and despite the absence of added sulfites the aroma and the flavor have minerality and fruit. flavor is complex with soft onset and round due to malolactic complete with striking and intense finish.

Manual harvest, selection table, pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperatures (12º to 14ºC). Stage in stainless steel vats. Pinkish color, with little intense red reflections. Elegant aroma, where red fruits stand out together with some vegetable aromas that give it greater freshness. Delicate palate with good acidity, has a persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta dos Murças Minas Red
Quinta dos Murças Minas, coming from the Douro region. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. In concrete vats and used French oak barrels, for about 9 months. Intense color with violet lines. Exuberant and concentrated aroma where the ripe red and black fruits dominate, some floral aromas and balsamic aromas, as the esteva. Palate dominated by freshness and liveliness, it has firm and ripe tannins, with a well-rounded acidity. It finishes long and persistent, standing out the balance between its freshness and maturation. Contains Sulfites.
