A wine with the colors of the sun and the aromas of Provence (in France), Château Roubine Premium Rosé respects the winemaking tradition of the region, using the most modern winemaking techniques. In this reference, the 6 most emblematic rosé varieties of Provence are used to create a unique blend, resulting in a delicate, very aromatic and elegant wine. On the nose, it is expressive and reveals floral notes (jasmine and rose) and spices (white pepper). It has a delicate palate, with a beautiful aroma, unique to the Côtes de Provence. The black Grenache fulfills its role wonderfully between a broad bouquet (small red fruits) and a mineral finish.
Horta Osório Reserve Magnum Red
After manual harvesting, the grapes are transported in boxes of 18 kg capacity so as not to harm the integrity of the bunch. Once at the cellar, the boxes are unloaded onto a sorting mat for the first sorting of the grapes. This was followed by destemming, choosing berry by berry and crushing them, which are transported by gravity to stainless steel fermentation tanks. After 48 hours of pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures, alcoholic fermentation took place for 10 days where, depending on the variety and the plot, a protocol of pumping over and deletions was carried out. After malolactic fermentation, the different components aged in 225 L oak barrels for 18 months. After bottling, the wine aged for another 12 months in the bottle. It is a ruby colored wine with deep intensity. In the aroma, it presents notes of ripe black fruit, woods and balsamic nuances characteristic of the terroir of the H.O, in perfect harmony with the spicy and complex notes of the Old Vineyards. In the mouth, it presents structuring tannins balanced by the natural freshness of the wine and in harmony with the notes of aging in barrel.

Fermentation begins in a lagar and then takes place in new French oak barrels. Stage in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Beautiful garnet red color. Giz Vinha das Cavaleiras Magnum Red
The grapes that make up this wine were destemmed and fermented in an open press with manual treading. Malolactic fermentation and prolonged aging of 20 months in new (70%) and used barrels, both in French oak. Naturally stabilized wine during prolonged aging in barrels. 1400 bottles were produced. Complex and well-defined aroma, with notes of ripe cherry, blueberry and light floral traces. Cedarwood, forest floor, tobacco box and spice add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it proves to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the limestone soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long and persistent finish.
Primavera Brut Magnum
The Beira Atlântico Brut Spring Sparkling Wine has a citrine color with golden nuances, a bright and clear appearance. With a fine bead bubble, it is vibrant with fruity aromas of citrus and granny smith apple. In the mouth it is delicate, with a balanced acidity, refreshing with a long and persistent aftertaste and creamy mousse.

The best kept secret of Francisco Costa, better known in the football world as 'Costinha', and António Boal, from Costa Boal Family Estates, a red from old Trás-os-Montes vineyards and named 'Segredo 6'. A 3.5 hectare plot in Mirandela, Trás-os-Montes. This was a wine that aged in new French oak barrels (500 liters) for 16 months, and another year in the bottle. But it still has "great potential" for aging. Contains sulfites.
