Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes before being refrigerated and then pressed into a pneumatic press without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barrels and regular bottling up to one month before bottling. Aging 11 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage and 6 months in bottle. It is a wine of extraordinary rarity, with incredible precision and definition, an expectation of longevity of 25 or more years, and immediately established itself as a cult white wine. Beautiful golden color, very fresh white fruit with mineral notes on the nose. Medium-bodied, very fresh appears subtle at the mouth entrance and is gaining richness, fat and complexity throughout the trial, with very ripe fruit and complexities resulting from the fermentation in wood. In 2015 we enjoyed long and slow maturations that our older strains and our best plots have taken advantage of to provide grapes with an exemplary balance between acidity and tannins. The two grape varieties that benefited most with the exceptional goodness of nature were Syrah and Alicante Bouschet, providing grapes in perfect maturity. With raw material so good we prefer to work them little, letting the grapes speak for themselves. That's why we did little more than one walk on our wineries, according to the most traditional methods of the region, followed by a stage in new barrels and barrels of second year of French oak, letting the wine express itself in the purest form . Very fleshy red color. Tense and closed, concentrated and powerful, floral and fruity, it ends with some earthy notes that add complexity. Silky and velvety in texture, it is an intense and structured red, vigorous but not aggressive, complex and elegant, fresh finish and great guarding potential. Contains Sulfites.

Monólogo Chardonnay P706, is a monocasta wine whose grapes come from Quinta dos Espinhosos. The grapes are cultivated using sustainable farming practices and the vineyards are converted to organic production. It is a wine with great complexity and elegance. Straw yellow color with crystalline tones. It has white fruit aromas with a rich and complex palate. A long and pleasant ending. Vocation to the table! This wine will evolve well in the next three to five years. This wine accompanies especially well fatty fish dishes and poultry. Contains Sulfites.
