Michter´s US1 Straight Bourbon
Carefully selected, it features the highest quality American corn. It is then matured to the peak of perfection. Each batch of US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is pooled in a holding tank sized to fit a maximum of twenty full kegs, leaving no room for “matching” imperfection and therefore demanding excellence from every barrel. Reflecting the spirit of the Bluegrass State, Michter's US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is nuanced, smooth and earthy. Aged in new fire-charred American white oak barrels. Rich caramel notes with balanced vanilla, stone fruit notes, smoky depth, with an oak finish. Michter's US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is also available with custom Fort Nelson Select labeling from Michter's Fort Nelson Distillery.
Bickens London Dry
Bickens is the result of mixing two different distillates, both originating from the Langley distillery and made with the same ten botanicals, but their recipes are different. In addition, each recipe is distilled in two different stills: Angela, a traditional copper still over 100 years old, and Jenny, a more modern one. Gin Bickens is particularly dry and rich in citrus and juniper notes, the way a classic London Dry should be.
