Bushmills 30 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey is triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon casks for 14 years before being finished for 16 years in first fill Pedro Ximénez casks. Gold color, dark and rich. Rich, inviting aromas of sweet raisins, figs, plums and dates intertwined with molasses caramel, soft cloves and sweet spices enchanted the senses. Exquisite, velvety and smooth mouthfeel. Sweet notes of dates, raisins and figs followed by praline and orange peel before evolving into vanilla and warm pastry notes.
