Very aromatic in the modern style of seasoned sherry barrels. Red berries, roasted banana, notes of sawdust and vanilla. Some candied orange peels and raisins and light leather notes. In the mouth, a good dose of sherry, raisins and oranges. Many toasted wood spices too: pepper, ginger, nutmeg, slightly oppressive, perhaps including a slightly bitter touch. Roasted nuts and notes of gingerbread. Medium finish, hot spices, but also cocoa and more fruity notes now.

A deliciously creamy single-grain Scotch whiskey, matured for 20 years before bottling. Two decades have given this one plenty of time for its flavor profile to develop all those flavorful grainy notes, so expect notes of caramel, honey and cooked fruit. Aromas of orange peel, caramelized nuts, slightly chocolatey, dry oak heat. Palate with notes of icing sugar, anise, honeycomb, baked apple. Aftertaste with a soft touch of oak and lasting caramel.

For a quarter of a century, casks of this rare expression of Old Pulteney Single Malt Scotch Whisky breathed the invigorating sea air of the Caithness coast. Sheltered from a fast-changing world by the darkened calm of a distillery warehouse, the spirit mellowed at its own steady pace, echoing the reassuring rhythm of its hometown port. Aged firstly in American oak, its spicy sweetness was later granted depth and colour by casks of Spanish oak. Elegant and charismatic, this wonderful whisky embodies both Wick’s spirit of endurance and Pulteney Distillery’s devotion to its craft.

Created from a selected small batch of hand-selected casks at the Pulteney Distillery, this elegant Vintage single malt captures and celebrates a moment in Old Pulteney's history. Polished copper color, elegant and energetic aroma with an intense sweetness of melted caramel and refreshing and spicy tones. This is followed by creamy vanilla and oily lemon, refined by a fragrant and fresh note of the sea air. Firm and intense. Flavors of honey and crème brûlée are contrasted by crunchy notes of citrus, coconut and green apples. Complexity builds on the palate and culminates in a spicy, effervescent finish of caramel and freshly ground spices.

The Macallan Rare Cask features two of Macallan's greatest and most striking qualities - oak barrels seasoned with sherry and natural color. Ruby red color with soft notes of opulent vanilla and raisins give way to a sweet apple, lemon and orange set. All balanced by a spicy quartet of ginger root, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. This spicy foursome is unshakable. The oak resonates, timeless, polished and rich. Vanilla and chocolate lead the finish along with a slight citrus touch.

Once filled, the maturing spirit remains undisturbed in the same casks for 12 years - after which this complex combination of casks is exquisitely and expertly married together to create this vibrant single malt.

Lagavulin Double Matured 2006/2021
A Lagavulin Edition 2006 Distillers single malt, matured in ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks until bottled in 2021. Aromas of bold peat, sweet vanilla, roasted malt and gray smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of sea salt, coffee, vanilla. , intense peat smoke and notes of green apple and lemon throughout the palate.
Bruichladdich Classic Laddie
The bouquet is brilliant. Opening with barley sugar and a touch of mint before leading to the most wonderful notes of freshly picked wild flowers; buttercup, daisy, meadowsweet, myrtle, primrose and cherry blossom. The cleansing of the spirit is remarkable. As seconds pass, more aromas rise from the glass, small spindrift and sea rose zephyrs reminding you that this drink is matured exclusively by the sea. After about four or five minutes and with the addition of a little water, caramelized fruits come on the scene; drops of lemon and honey, tangerine and tablet.

Bowmore 12 Anos
Bowmore is a Scottish whiskey from Islay Island. Composed of single malts, they are at least 12 years of age in American and Spanish oak casks and are distilled with water from the Laggan River, with a rich peat flavor. Of warm golden color, it has the sweet aroma of very rich and ample honey. The palate is both sweet and salty, with notes of chocolate, pear and a bouquet of citrus. Bitter end.

This is the core expression of 10 year old Ballechin single malt Scotch whisky, which is heavily peated whisky from Edradour. It has been named for the silent Ballechin distillery near the Edradour distillery. Releases under the Ballechin name from Edradour were previously presented as part of The Discovery Series, many of which were matured in different types of casks, including Sherry, bourbon and a selection of wine casks. This 10 year old expression, however, comes from a combination of ex-Oloroso Sherry and ex-bourbon casks.

Smokey Monkey is a marriage of Scotland's finest malt whiskeys and brings notes of peat and barley sugar for a sweet, smoky flavor. This blended malt whiskey was created specifically for use in bars. Highland peat, rather than Islay peat, was used in the creation of this whiskey, which was made in consultation with a team of bartenders. The whiskey was aged in first-fill bourbon barrels.

Tanqueray Gin Rangpur is a special edition of one of the most famous gin brands in the world. As the name suggests has the presence of Rangpur, a species of citrus, very famous in India, which lies between the lemon and the mandarin. The use in the distillation of the Rangpur adds to the Tanqueray a strong flavor of lemon, with touches of ginger and laurel leaves that are added during the final process of distillation

Created by whiskey specialist George Harper alongside the small team of experienced Johnnie Walker distillers, this innovative whiskey is best served directly from the refrigerator, echoing the frightening presence of the White Walkers, coming from the season Game of Thrones. The whiskey has notes of caramelized and vanilla sugar, fresh red fruits with a touch of orchard fruits and features single malts from Cardhu and Clynelish - one of Scotland's most northern distilleries. George Harper used the frozen north as his starting point to create White Walker by Johnnie Walker.
Cardhu Gold Reserve House Targaryen
One of the most resilient houses in the Seven Kingdoms, House Targaryen have survived a lot of trials and tribulations, often with the help of their fire-breathing dragons. The strength of will and fierce, unwavering determination of House Targaryen allowed Daenerys Targaryen to walk through fire and emerge at the head of the greatest army the known world has ever seen. Under the Targaryen banner she marched to claim the Iron Throne and bend her rivals to her will. The same fiery spirit and steely resolve fueled Helen Cumming and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth as they formed Cardhu Distillery in the male-dominated whisky world. This single malt celebrates legendary women, in the Seven Kingdoms and in Scotland, with a drink that is rich in flavour, dark and fruity with a spicy toffee edge. Aromas with just a hint of toasted oak. Take a sip and you’re greeted by apple pie flavours, sweet baked fruit and buttery cinnamon, which quickly develop into a rich caramel with clove and malty biscuit flavours mixed throughout.
Dalwhinnie Winter’s Frost House Stark
Far in the North of Westeros lies the home of House Stark, a noble family whose lords served as King in the North for generations. A proud and loyal family, the Starks were true to those they swore allegiance to – First House Targaryen and later House Baratheon. However, every noble family has a vulnerable side, and the Starks are no different. Living in the North they are often caught with a warning passing their lips: Winter is coming. Like House Stark, Dalwhinnie distillery are northerners through and through. One of the highest and coldest distilleries in Scotland, the extreme weather and cold temperatures experienced at Dalwhinnie are reflected in the fact that this single malt is best served chilled, or over ice, to highlight its signature honey and spice characteristics. Aged in ex-bourbon casks, this light gold single malt gently opens to flavours of honeyed figs and delicious malt balls, finishing with rich fruitcake sweetness. Like House Stark, Dalwhinnie Winter’s Frost is loyal to the flavour profile that the distillery is known for, and not only survives the cold of winter, but uses it to its advantage.
The Botanist Islay Dry
The Botanist é um gin realmente incomum. É feito em pequenos lotes de botânicos da ilha de Islay e produzido por uma das destilarias mais famosas, especialmente na produção de Malt Whisky, a Bruichladdich. É o único gin feito na ilha e é caracterizado pelos aroma diferente, obtido através dos 22 botânicos escolhidos localmente e apanhados à mão. São estes botânicos que inspiram seu nome. Os Botânicos são lentamente destilados num alambique - com o simpático nome de "Ugly Betty" - um dos últimos alambiques que ainda existem que permitem três secções diferentes de destilação. Perthshire is celebrated for producing the tastiest fruits and our raspberries come from a family owned farm in Alyth, Blairgowrie. The fruit is harvested at the peak of maturity to ensure the perfect balance; promising the right amount of sweetness to balance the fruit's natural acidity. The freshly harvested fruit in our classic Edinburgh Gin along with sugar, leaving the fruit to macerate for a month to extract the maximum flavor. This 20% ABV liqueur is simply served simply on the ice, or added to soda water with a touch of lemon to enhance your summer sweetness. It is a perfect complement to dry the Prosecco, or mixed with Edinburgh Gin, lemon juice and confused fresh raspberries, then top with lemonade of roses in a Raspberry Ramblin Rose cocktail.
