The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The must undergoes maceration for 12 to 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a period of 6 to 10 months and further refined in the bottle. Bright ruby red color, intense and persistent bouquet with notes of wild fruits that combine well with the aromas released by the wood of the barrels. Tasty and full-bodied, it highlights the exceptional persistence of the bouquet. Contains sulfites.

Galliano
30 herbs and spices are used in the distillation of this famous Italian liqueur with predominant flavor of fresh anise and herbs. Best known simply for Galliano, it was created in 1896 by the Italian distiller and Arturo Vaccari of Livorno, Tuscany, and named after Giuseppe Galliano, an Italian hero of the Italo-Ethiopian First War. Puni Sole was matured for two years in first-filled Bourbon barrels in the United States and finished for another two years in some of Spain's best Sherry Pedro Ximénez barrels. Sole means "sun" in Italian and reflects two crucial stages in sherry making. After harvesting, the grapes are dried in the strong Spanish sun, concentrating their sweetness. The wine of these grapes is aged for many years in oak casks that change frequently. This old method of maturation is called solera.
