Produced in Portalegre, in the northeast of Alentejo, this wine aged 9 months in a mixture of French oak and stainless steel barrels. Complex aromas of lime and citrus with hints of smoke and toasted oak. Silky palate with great elegance and texture, good depth of fruit with vibrant acidity and a long finish.
Howard´s Folly Sonhador White
Produced in Portalegre, northeast of Alentejo, in the granite foothills of Serra de São Mamede, where the colder temperatures, together with many old vines, give complexity and freshness. 15% of the batch fermented and aged for 4 months in new 500L French oak barrels. Rich and structured palate, creamy texture, fresh acidity that gives balance and a long finish. Complex aromas of citrus fruits, lychees and toast.
Bottega Pinot Grigio White
Bright color, straw yellow with copper reflections. Elegant and refined aroma, with delicate floral notes of elderflower and acacia, and fruity aromas of pear and peach. Pleasant almond note on the finish. Dry, fresh palate, with acidity perfectly balanced with the good structure and smoothness of this variety.
Maritávora Alvarinho Biologic White
This wine was made with the Alvarinho variety, from a vineyard at 500 meters above sea level located in the heart of the International Douro Natural Park, in the municipality of Freixo de Espada-à-Cinta. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by a 6-month aging period in French oak barrels in contact with fine lees.

Manual harvest into small 15 kg perforated boxes, whole bunches without destemming, using very gentle crushing and pressing processes, under an inert atmosphere in order to preserve the full aromatic potential of the grapes. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 25% of the must ferments in used French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel vats. After fermentation, the wines fermented in stainless steel and in barrels are blended and aged on fine lees until bottling. Mineral aroma, citrus and exotic fruits, fresh with good mouth volume, buttery texture and complexity given by fermentation and aging in barrels.

Produced from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Sousão, harvested in Cabêda (Alijo) Cima Corgo and in Pocinho V.N. Foz Côa, Douro Superior. This Superior red aged in French oak barrels for between 16 and 18 months. It has a lively ruby color and complex aroma, large volume, lively acidity, very well integrated, and finely cut tannins. Its finish is very long, elegant and highly harmonious. Edition of 6000 bottles. Contains sulfites.

Haton Gran Cru Extra Brut
Aged for at least 6 years, Haton Extra Intense Grand Cru has a golden yellow color with a beautiful shine and abundant mousse when served. The effervescence of this Champagne forms a delicate and persistent chain of fine bubbles. On the nose, it is elegant and fine, with notes of fresh fruit (blackcurrant, peach and apricot) and citrus fruits (grapefruit and orange). Complexity is added by spices and a touch of dried flowers. With a fresh and generous palate, it offers a lively and elegant finish, suggesting a subtle dosage that does not disturb the natural balance of the wine.
Torre de Palma White
The grapes were harvested manually and transported in small boxes to the cellar where they were stored in a cold chamber at 3°C for 24 hours. They were then selected and gently pressed. The must was cold decanted (10°C) and then fermented in French oak barrels. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in barrels with battonage and sur lie. Crystalline wine, with greenish yellow tones, fruity aroma with notes of yellow plum and pineapple. In the mouth, it has an excellent volume, dense but with good refreshing acidity.

The grapes were harvested manually and transported in small boxes to the cellar where they were stored in a cold chamber at 3°C for 24 hours. They were then selected and gently pressed. The must was cold decanted (10°C) and then fermented in used French oak barrels from Burgundy. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in the same barrels with battonage and sur lie. Crystalline wine with green tones, complex and elegant aroma with notes of green apple, lime and wet stone. Flavor rich in fruit, dry and mineral. Excellent acidity.

White produced from traditional Alentejo grape varieties: Arinto, Alicante White and old blended vines, with minimal intervention, without the addition of sulfur dioxide until the end of fermentation and spontaneous fermentation in barrels and long aging on lees. Citrine straw yellow color. Intense, complex aroma, which combines notes of grapefruit, orange peel, with some fresh cream. On the palate textured attack, with present freshness, retro rich, intense. Persistent finish.
Chão dos Eremitas Alicante White
A 100% Alicante White, unique in Portugal is an exclusive grape variety in Portugal, it is the only one in the world. This wine tests the potential of one of the ancient varieties of the Alentejo strains with the modernization of viticulture almost disappeared. Night manual harvest, direct press, without sulphites until the end of fermentation, without decanting and spontaneous fermentation in old barrels. Citrine-yellow color, intense nose, notes of grapefruit, peach and gunpowder. Full-bodied attack, excellent unctuousness and persistence.

Quinta D’Amares Pét Nat White
Produced using the Ancestral Method, discovered by Benedictine monks in the 16th century, which consists of bottling the wine during the fermentation process, naturally creating a smooth and elegant bubble. Opaque yellow, primary aromas, fresh slightly tropical fruit. Fine bubble, medium mousse, fresh with tropical notes.
