Freixenet Blanc de Blancs Brut is a cava made with the Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grape varieties, it has a bright yellow color with golden reflections and medium-sized bubbles, forming a nice crown. Fresh and clean on the nose. Floral aromas, white flowers (very subtle acacia) and fresh fruit (green apple), subtle citrus aromas (lemon). Good structure in the mouth, refreshing, smooth acidity, good carbonic behavior in the mouth and with a very attractive floral finish.
Quinta do Ortigão Baga Brut
Made by the classic method (bottle fermentation). Alcoholic fermentation took place for approximately 20 days, where the different components then staged for 8 months. It is a wine with a citrine-yellow color and medium intensity. In terms of aroma, it represents the characteristics of the variety in a unique way, with a predominance of aromas of grapes, lychees and white flowers and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and light, very fruity and persistent.

In terms of aroma, it is very elegant, highlighting the floral notes of white flowers, white pulp fruit (pear), green grapefruit and barrel spices reminiscent of brioche and white pepper. In the mouth, it is elegant, fresh and persistent.
Quinta dos Carvalhais Mélange à Trois White
The grapes were harvested by caste and field, and at the time a rigorous qualitative selection was carried out. After gentle destemming and pressing, the grapes were transported by gravity to small stainless steel vats with temperature control, where they were vinified, caste to caste. Textura Pura White
Originating from the 28-55 year-old Texture vines in Vila Nova de Tazem, in the Serra da Estrela sub-region, at an altitude of 480-550 m, on granitic soils. The tear must naturally fermented in new French oak (70%) and foudre (30%) barrels. Aged for 11 months “sur lie” without batonnage, followed by 10 months in stainless steel tanks. Naturally stabilized. It is a very elegant wine, with delicate citrus aromas, mainly lemon and lime, cedar, pepper and even noticeable oak.
