This is the second wine from Quinta do Vesuvio, whose name refers to the Pombal Vineyard, characterized by the existence of an old and traditional Douro pombal and where Touriga Nacional grapes are produced, which represent an important component in the final lot of the Pombal Vesúvio. Quinta do Crasto Touriga Franca Red
The grapes, from the best plots of Touriga Franca at Quinta do Crasto, were transported in boxes of 22 kg capacity and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. After a complete destemming and a slight crushing, the must was transferred to fermentation vats in stainless steel with controlled temperature. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, a soft pressing was carried out. Quinta do Crasto Touriga Franca 2016 aged in French oak barrels where it remained for 18 months. It has a deep violet color. On the nose, it impresses with its intensity and concentration of red fruit aromas in perfect harmony with soft floral notes. In the mouth tasting it presents an intense start, evolving into an elegant profile wine, with excellent volume of mouth and silky texture tannins, all very well integrated with notes of red fruits. It ends in perfect balance, with an extraordinary persistence and full of freshness. A wine that perfectly reflects the identity of the variety. Contains sulfites.
Cabeça de Toiro Grande Reserva Edição Comemorativa 25 Anos Red
Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 28°C. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle. Complex and intense aroma of spices with vegetable notes. Elegant and velvety flavor in the mouth, it is a very well structured wine with good aging capacity. It contains sulfites.
Lavradores de Feitoria Vinha do Sobreiro Red
Manual harvest in small boxes. Fermentation in granite presses, aging in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Bright red color, with a reddish meniscus. On the nose it is fine, elegant, floral and fruity. The very discreet and well-integrated wood contributes to its complexity and aromatic enrichment. Balanced and full of aromatic notes, reminiscent of ripe red fruits. It has a lively but balanced acidity, soft tannins and a very long and very pleasant finish. Contains sulfites.

Fermentation in stainless steel. Bright and bright red color. With a clean aroma, it is quite fruity, with notes of fruit such as ripe black plum and cherry, as is characteristic of Douro wines. Fermentation in stainless steel. Staged 50% of the lot in stainless steel; 25% in new French oak barrels and 25% in second-year French oak barrels for 11 months. Vivid red color, almost opaque. The nose is rich, fresh and quite complex, where the fruity character of well-ripe grapes predominates. The discreet and well integrated wood in the wine, contributes to its complexity and aromatic enrichment. In the mouth it is intense, full of aromatic notes to very ripe red fruits, with balanced acidity and soft but present tannins. It is a very well structured wine, quite tasty, that presents a smooth and very nice finish. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Portal Auru 3L Red
Made of the nobility of the Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz grape varieties, planted in our best vineyards exposed to the south in the Pinhão river valley, we spent 14 months in new French oak casks. Retinto, dense, opaque and almost impenetrable, shows in the nose bright notes of ripe cassia. The tannins appear powerful in the mouth and the end reveals an absolutely remarkable persistence and intensity.
Serve at 16 - 17 ºC. Ideal to accompany red meats and cheeses. Potential of aging. Contains Sulfites.
