The grape must was fermented with the skin to extract more color and tannin. Temperatures were controlled so that the fruity aroma was preserved. A small percentage of oak was used to complement and give structure. Light ruby color. Aroma of red fruits, wild berries involved with notes of volcanic sulfur and slight vanilla. In the mouth it is very elegant and smooth with a medium body. It ends with a pleasant and persistent salty taste. Contains sulfites.

Pressing whole bunches followed by a short static clarification. Fermentation was carried out in a stainless steel tank and kept on fine lees for 6 months. Light salmon color. The aromatic notes combine cherries, currants and fresh strawberries with a background of seaweed. In the mouth it has a vibrant freshness confirming the aromatic notes in an enveloping and smooth tasting. Contains sulfites.

Concentrated in color and with an intense nose, it reveals elegant notes of red fruits and toasted nuances, reminiscent of chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is seductive and full-bodied, with the fruit present surprisingly fresh and the silky tannins revealing all the complexity of aging in barrels, providing a genuine and charismatic final set. Selective manual vintage in 40 kg baskets, selection on a selection table, entry into the vat by gravity without using pumps. Open ruby color, nose with notes of alcoholic cherry, iodine and clove notes. In the mouth it is fresh, medium texture with a lot of salinity and fine tannins. It is a Volcanic Red. Selective manual harvest in 15kg boxes. About 50% results from direct pressing of the whole bunch and decanting after 24 hours. The remaining 50% comes from sangria from gently crushed grapes and subjected to 3 to 6 hours of maceration at low temperatures. The mixture ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. With aromas of ripe red fruits and hints of spice. In the mouth it is fresh, saline, mineral, structured and persistent. Contains sulfites.

Frei João Colheita Red
After manual harvesting, rigorous selection and total destemming, the grapes macerated for about a week in vats and presses with a pneumatic crusher at 27ºC. At the end of the malolactic fermentation, the wine matured for a long time in stainless steel and cement vessels. It was bottled after minimal clarification. Garnet color, complex aroma, with fruity, spicy, roasting and dry vegetable notes. Structured, fresh, full-bodied and long flavor. With tannins present but tamed. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvesting. Harvest organized by parcels of vines to ensure harvest at the right time. Transport in small boxes to avoid crushing. Cold skin maceration. Fermentation with features to smooth manual overdrive daily. Post-fermentative maceration. Stage in French oak casks for 17 months. Without stabilization or filtration (tank can form in the bottle). Dark ruby color and intense. Expressive and complex aroma. With lots of ripe red fruit, hawthorn, cedar and full of spices. In the mouth has a silky, elegant and very balanced attack. Very long finish. Contains Sulfites.
Campolargo Calda Bordaleza Red
Total destemming and separate fermentation in small mills, with mechanical step. Malolactic fermentation in partially new French Oak wood and stage up to 18 months. Dark ruby color, dense, chemical and hot aroma with palate alive, rich in red fruits, spicy, seductive in silky texture. Long end of test with very good connection between Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and the joy conferred by Petit Verdot.

Present a ruby color, an attractive aroma, with frank ripe fruit. On the palate is fresh and with floral notes. End of mouth soft and lively in the mouth, very gastronomic.

ROCCA DELLE MACÌE Chianti Riserva DOCG Red
Manual harvest at the optimal point of maturation, with accurate selection of bunches. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. After the end of the process, the wine is transferred to large French oak vats for maturation. Aging for 3 months in bottle before going on sale.Garnet color with tiled hints, indicating evolution, but we also know that the color of Sangiovese evolves very quickly. Aroma with complexity from the aging in barrel and bottle, showing however that the wine is still very young and has several years of life ahead of it. Ripe cherry, autumn forest, some leather, dried thyme. Solid and confident in the mouth, with good body, very accurate acidity, lively tannins, but not harsh. Sensation of something spicy and salty rather than sweet, what the English call “savoury”. Long aftertaste, an excellent partner at the table. Contains sulfites.
La Closerie des Eyrins Margaux Red
After a 21-day maceration, the grapes are transferred to age in 50% new oak and 50% stainless steel. This balance of aging techniques gives the wine aromas of oak toasted with dark chocolate, molasses and dark fruits. Earthy flavors of leather, nuts and roasted beets are framed by a long, dry finish. A Margaux that perfectly shows the ripe and accessible vintage. Contains sulfites.
Cru Monplaisir Red
Crafted with polished style, offers classic Bordeaux aromatics of plums, figs, graphite, black currant and a touch of oak. Cabernet adds structure and firmness to otherwise silky tannins, finishes moderately long and leafy fresh. Pair with a rosemary and thyme braised lamb shoulder or short rib burgers topped in Gruyere. Casal Santa Maria Bruma Red
The grapes were harvested by hand, carefully selected in the vineyard and cellar. After lightly crushing the grapes, it was followed by cold maceration in stainless steel vats open for 3 days. Fermentation took 2 weeks with daily pumping over. After the fermentation was over, the mills were closed and kept like this for 2 weeks. The wine aged for 14 months in new and used 225L French oak barrels. Intense aroma with notes of spices, balsamic, floral and cedar. From the Merlot variety, the aromas come with notes of green pepper and chocolate. In the mouth, soft and ripe tannins, filled with the freshness and red fruit typical of Touriga Nacional. It presents an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
