Herdade Grande Colheita Selecionada Red

Night mechanical vintage. Total destemming followed by cold passage through a mass exchanger. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. After fermentation 50% of the blend is aged in French oak barrels for 9 months. Intense color and captivating nose, with notes of spices, earth and tobacco, in a rich base of black cherry, cassis and blueberry jam. Rich, round, juicy, in the mouth it offers black cherry, red fruits and subtle notes of caramel and sweet oak. The enormous classic structure of the tannin and firm acidity persist until a spicy finish. Contains sulfites.

In the middle of the southern plain of Alentejo, this wine was produced with Aragonês, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, and Touriga Nacional. In the tasting, garnet color, intense aroma, with notes of black cherry and wild aromas. Balanced, smooth palate and good persistence. Contains sulfites.

Suserano Reserva Red

After harvest, the grapes are collected in the cellar and sent to the cold rooms, where the temperature is controlled up to 10oC for 12 hours. The bunches are then stalked and the grapes broken. Partially fermented in frustoconical stainless steel tanks and French oak vats. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the stage partially runs for 7 months in French oak barrels of the Seguin Moreau brand (medium - fine grain), until bottling. The bottle stage occurs for at least 12 months. Contains Sulfites.
