The winemaking is classic in stainless steel vats with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation is controlled up to 26ºC for 9 days. The aging is done in French oak barrels for 6 months. Clear appearance, strong red color with hints of garnet, reveals a deep and elegant aroma of very ripe red fruits, where the notes of plum, blueberry and cherry stand out combined with soft expressions of fine vanilla, spices and dried fruits, married with a light fragrance. balsamic and faint breath of pine forest. In the mouth it shows outstanding complexity, it is round and harmonious, with good structure and balance of well integrated tannins, promising a good aging potential. It reveals a long persistence and an exquisite bouquet, showing the character of its terroir and the personality of the grape variety. Contains sulfites.
São Domingos Grande Reserva Red
Concentrated in color and with an intense nose, it reveals elegant notes of red fruits and toasted nuances, reminiscent of chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is seductive and full-bodied, with the fruit present surprisingly fresh and the silky tannins revealing all the complexity of aging in barrels, providing a genuine and charismatic final set. Reguengos Garrafeira dos Sócios Red
The grapes, coming from the manual harvest of our associates, are immediately stalked and crushed. With the addition of selected yeasts, the fermentation begins at controlled temperature (25ºC). During this period the maceration or tanning is done by the process of timed reassembly, in order to have a greater extraction of color and tannins. The tanning lasts about 15 days. Born in the old vineyards of the Aragonêz, Trincadeira, Castelão and Alicante Bouschet grapes, the grapes for this wine are harvested and hand-selected, foot-stepped, fermenting in the open wineries of the winery, precisely the same methods used for over a hundred years in Herdade do Mouchão and that make Dom Rafael one of the most famous reds of the region. Alentejo and contemporary, Dom Rafael is a versatile red, ideal to accompany varied gastronomic proposals. The Dom Rafael red stalks in casks of Portuguese chestnut and oak and in French oak barrels for 12 months, after which it staged for at least another 6 months in the bottle. Over the years this is a wine that is increasingly smooth, complex and balanced. Quinta de São José Reserva Red
Grapes harvested by hand, for boxes of 25 kg, at their ideal point of maturation; intended to have a vigorous maturation, leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and wine presses, thus allowing the quality constituents present in the skins of the very ripe grapes to pass smoothly into the wine. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in new and used 400 liter French oak barrels for approximately 12 months. Purple and very deep in color, very complex and distinctive aromas where the fruity and floral character predominates with spicy notes, fresh from mint from very discreet wood and well integrated into the wine. In the mouth it shows fruit, complexity with high level tannins that give it a long finish. This balanced combination of power and elegance certainly contributes to its aging potential, so the wine will benefit from a few years in the bottle. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes that make up this wine come from old vines planted in schist soil at an average altitude of 350 meters in the region between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca d'Alva, in the Douro Superior. With exposure to the Northeast, we were able to obtain full-bodied red wines with an elegant profile. Hand picking vintage. Fermentation made by grape varieties to improve the rigor in the selection of the final blend that gives rise to this wine. Fermentation takes place in small-capacity stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature of around 28ºC. Controlled maceration in order to obtain an aromatic and elegant wine. Maria Mora Enamorada Red
The harvest took place in the second week of September. The grapes were harvested manually for small boxes of 18kg according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed for small stainless steel tanks, where they were macereted 24 yours at low temperature, before beginning the alcoholic fermentation, with yeasts selected at controlled temperature. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle remonstrances of a good extraction of color and aromas. After fermentation, it was transferred to French oak barrels where it remained for 7 months until bottling. Aromas of black fruits, notes of spices and menthol. In the mouth it is dense, with firm tannins, a very balanced acidity and an intense and spicy finish. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes from old vineyards with an average age over 40 years, hand-harvested from Touriga Nacional, Sousão, Touriga franca and Tinta Roriz varieties, aged for 18 months in barrels. Beyra Grande Reserva Magnum Red
Manual harvest, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22-26 ºC for about 7 days with gentle maceration in cement vats, maceration using the classic “delestage” technique, about 3 to 4 per fermentation, malolactic fermentation in used barrels. Aging for 14 months in 300 Lts American oak barrels with extra fine grain. Explosive aroma, very intense, wild fruits and spices with intense notes of licorice in perfect balance with discrete notes from barrel to toast and vanilla. Sweet attack in the mouth, with great volume, the vibrant notes of fruit and spices can be felt in the nose, with very voluminous and soft tannins, with a long and persistent finish. Ready to drink. The grapes are de-grained and carefully selected manually at the table of choice. After crushing, they are trodden in marble mills for 4 to 5 days, and then transferred to stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation is finished. It aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels. Intense garnet color, nose large concentration of black fruits, eucalyptus leaf and some notes of spices from the stage in barrel.
