Petite Syrah grapes harvested at dawn and transported carefully to the cellar, where they were partially destemmed. Subsequently, for 48 hours, a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures was carried out in a reducing environment. The fermentation cycle took place normally, at a controlled temperature in 20-ton vats. After the alcoholic fermentation was completed, a post-fermentative low temperature maceration was carried out for 96 hours. Malolactic fermentation took place naturally in wood, where the wine aged for a period of 8 months, and was then bottled. In the tasting it shows intense floral aromas of rosemary and rock rose, well integrated with a fragrant aroma of black plums and peppers. Structurally intense and with a well marked depth, it becomes a very pleasant and persistent wine. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest with choice in the vineyard in 20 kg boxes. Selection on a choice table. Gravity filling, controlled temperature fermentations. Concentrated ruby violet color, predominant woody aroma with floral notes, it is a wine that highlights the elegance brought by the freshness of the lands at altitude. Montes Claros Reserva Red
The grapes, from previously selected vines and in general from vines over 30 years old, follow a strict control of maturation to determine the optimum height of manual harvesting. At the cellar, the grapes arrived in optimum conditions and the partial destemming and crushing of the grapes began, followed by fermentation and a prolonged maceration of 10 to 12 days, to extract the best aromas and all the complexity of the fruit. This was followed by malolactic fermentation, partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in wooden barrels. For greater complexity, structure and richness, the final blend selected aged 12 months in 2nd and 3rd year barrels of French and American oak, and 6 months in the bottle for final refinement. Clear appearance, deep garnet color. Rich and full aroma, showing aromas of jam, jam and cocoa. Soft, full-bodied and complex flavor, highlighted by notes of very ripe black fruits and robust, persistent tannins, which guarantee longevity. Contains sulfites.

The two varieties together ferment three days in marble mills with foot steps. Transfer to stainless steel tank where the alcoholic fermentation ends. Follows 12 days of post-fermentation maceration.
Aroma intense and deep, dominated by mature black fruits such as cassis and blackberries, complexed by tertiary aromas from its stage in barrels. Soft attack, followed by an evolution characterized by acidity, volume and structure, in harmony, which gives it a long, persistent finish and great elegance. Contains Sulfites.
José de Sousa Red
In the cellar José de Sousa still some ancestor techniques of vinification are used, being the most emblematic the use of the carving in the fermentation of the grapes. The essentials of small-scale winemaking have changed in recent centuries. In this wine, a small part is made according to this Roman process, the red grapes previously trodden on foot and destemmed by hand on a table called "table of ripanço". Afterwards, a small part of the must, the films and the stench are fermented in the clay pots, and another in the wine press. The remainder of the brand is fermented in stainless steel vats. The use of cutlery confers spices and a third dimension to wine. After fermentation, the wine has a skin maceration of 4 weeks, followed by 9 months in French and American oak casks. Red color loaded with scented dates, hay, plums, toasted bread, a little clove, oak wood, vanilla, chocolate. Palate with good fruit, good acidity, tannins present but soft. Long end of test. Contains Sulfites.
José de Sousa Reserva Red
Quinta de Lemos Dona Georgina 2013 Red
Touriga Nacional, full and voluminous with a sweet and structured Tinta Roriz, growing on slopes at an altitude between 350 and 400 meters. The vine is grown within an integrated protection program. Infestation control is achieved through soil movement. The grape harvest is hand made, caste by caste, when they reach the ideal point of maturation, usually between the second fortnight of September and the first fortnight of October. Harvest is placed in small boxes of 10 kg. These wines are obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature in order to preserve all its aromatic elegance in large wooden barrels and a stainless steel tank for 7 to 10 days. The wine is produced by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and has a subsequent maturation period of 18 months to enhance its structure and complexity. Quinta de Lemos Dona Georgina presents a dense texture with ripe plums and gooseberries. Sweet and fragrant in the mouth, with quality balsamic notes conferring extra complexity. Long finish and a good balance between power and elegance. Contains Sulfites.

Co-fermentation of the different varieties in concrete vats, at controlled temperatures (22-25ºC), followed by malolactic fermentation. In concrete vats, for 6 months, where the micro-oxygenation conditions, unique to this type of deposit, respect and enhance the wine's character, followed by aging in the bottle for a minimum of 4 months. Clear appearance, ruby color. Blue fruit notes, spice and mineral nuances. Fresh, balanced and direct palate, with a silky texture where the purity of red fruit predominates, with an intense and vibrant finish. Contains sulfites.
Esporão Colheita White
The grapes were partially fermented in concrete vats. After fermentation, the wine remained on fine lees for 4 months, under conditions of micro-oxygenation unique to this type of deposit, which respect and amplify the character of the wine. Crystalline appearance, straw color with greenish reflections. Citrus fruit, especially lemon, with hints of white fruit and some green leaf.

With a minimal human intervention we intend to express in a wine all the Alentejo ... the colors, the flavors, the aromas, the emotions, the rich landscape, historical, social ... with the greatest respect for the ecosystem. From the varieties Tincadeira, Aragonez and Cabernet Sauvignon an authentic and rich lot was produced. Aromatically fine, exuberant, seductive ... where they stand out blackberries, currants, plums that prove to be very mature, very greasy. in the mouth has volume, structure, intensity, long ends with a good persistence.
Monte da Ravasqueira Encantado Red
Vinification of Syrah and Touriga Franca in open presses with automatic treading and high extraction work. Alicante Bouschet vinification in stainless steel vats at lower temperatures (26ºC). The aim is to extract the structure of Syrah, the sharp tannins of Touriga Franca and the freshness, exuberance of fruit and elegance of Alicante Bouschet. The batch spent 8 months in new French oak barrels. Encantado shows all the vitality of Touriga Franca that serves as a great base for this wine. The angular and present tannins, the ripe fruit in balance with the aromas of the forest it presents, make it a table companion. The barrel present, but without helping the one-dimensionality of the set, makes this wine a wine with layers that rise throughout the tasting. Contains sulfites.
Duorum Colheita Red
After being selected, the grapes are stalked at the entrance of the cellar, crushed and driven to stainless steel mills with robotized steps. It is at this stage that the pre-fermentative maceration is carried out at low temperatures. Subsequently the fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a maximum controlled temperature of 28ºC. Intense deep red color with violet tones. Intense, fresh and complex aroma, dominated by ripe fruits such as blackberry, plum and cassis, some floral aromas, such as violets, and tertiary aromas from its "elevage" in barrels like spices. It has firm tannins, ripe and smooth and a balanced acidity. Contains Sulfites.
Duorum O. Leucura Red
Very deep red color and dense. Intense and complex aroma, dominated by ripe black fruits such as blackberry and cassis, floral aromas such as violet and complexed by the aromas from its "elevage" in barrel. There are still some characteristic aromas of the evolution in the bottle, which contribute to increase still its great complexity. It is a concentrated, dense, high-structure wine. It has a balanced acidity, firm and very mature tannins, well wrapped in its body and volume. Its balance lies in a set of sensations, where concentration, wealth and strength become decisive. These characteristics, together with the high intensity of its retronasal aroma, give it high end of persistence, which allows for a long evolution. Contains Sulfites.
DSF Coleção Privada Syrah Tannat Red
The grapes were fermented in a stainless steel mill at a temperature of 28º C for 10 days, being bottled after 8 months without being filtered or stabilized by the cold. No use of wood. Dark color, aroma of blueberries, violets, chocolate, dried dates, red cherry. Very fruity, smoky, balanced taste, good acidity, tannins present (due to Tannat) but smooth. Long end of test. Contains sulfites.
Casa da Passarella Abanico Reserva 3x Red
Classic blend wine from Dão, the Abanico Reserva is born from different vineyards of Casa da Passarella. The grapes that serve as base are the Touriga Nacional, the Alfrocheiro and the Jaen, and respecting the balance of the different plots chosen, we harvest the grapes manually for boxes of 12 kg. The fermentation takes place in traditional cement tanks and pre-fermentation and post-fermentation is done, the stage is partially made in new French oak barrels for a year, and the whole process of stabilization for bottling is done in a natural way - we do not subject this wine to any type of filtration. Chryseia 3L Red
Chryseia was produced from the best grapes extracted from the two vineyards of the Douro Valley of Prats & Symington, Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz. Another property, Quinta da Vila Velha, which is privately owned by a member of the Symington family, has also contributed some of its finest grapes, as it has in all Chryseia harvests. It was aged in French oak barrels of 400 Liters for 15 months. The grapes were harvested in excellent condition, resulting in a very fine Chryseia. Contains Sulfites.

It is a wine with a brilliant appearance, with a deep ruby color with violet nuances. Elegant aromatically, the notes of very ripe red fruits, plum and blackberry are immediately evident, combined with a light touch of black pepper, cocoa and vanilla. On the palate it is a wine that reveals a well-structured body with good volume in the mouth, with the presence of firm tannins. The wine has high refinement and persistence, great for drinking now, but that will evolve very well in the bottle. Contains sulfites.

Teixuga White
This wine is straw yellow in color, with a high intensity aroma, revealing the aromatic complexity that is due to the particular conditions of aging and to the characteristics of the Encruzado grape variety. On the nose, the superior integration of aromas from French oak stands out where it aged. In the mouth, the attack is intense, voluminous, revealing a lively but very integrated acidity. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Manual selection of grapes on a sorting mat. After destemming and crushing, the different varieties are vinified individually in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, with maceration being considered appropriate for their characteristics. After malolactic fermentation, part of the batch aged in French oak barrels for about 20 months, and the rest in stainless steel vats. its gently floral and fruity components, and its lush and dense structure in the mouth, refreshed by the fluidity and delicacy of Alfrocheiro. A set in which the notes of French oak wood where it was aged are very well integrated. Contains sulfites.
Caminhos Cruzados Alfrocheiro Red
The wines from the Alfrocheiro variety planted in Dão, are distinguished by their aromatic freshness and enormous capacity for evolution in the bottle. Part of this wine aged in French oak barrels, about 18 months, while the rest aged in stainless steel vats. The Alfrocheiro variety planted in Dão gives rise to wines that are distinguished by the freshness and variety of their aromas, complemented by a volume and tannic structure of great harmony and delicacy. It is a wine of great gastronomic aptitude that goes very well with a wide variety of dishes. Contains sulfites.
Beyra Grande Reserva Red
Manual harvest, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22-26 ºC for about 7 days with gentle maceration in cement vats, maceration using the classic “delestage” technique, about 3 to 4 per fermentation, malolactic fermentation in used barrels. Aging for 14 months in 300 Lts American oak barrels with extra fine grain. Explosive aroma, very intense, wild fruits and spices with intense notes of licorice in perfect balance with discrete notes from barrel to toast and vanilla. Sweet attack in the mouth, with great volume, the vibrant notes of fruit and spices can be felt in the nose, with very voluminous and soft tannins, with a long and persistent finish. Ready to drink.
