This Encruzado comes from a plot at 500 meters altitude of granitic soil with lines of clay. After pre-fermentation skin contact and static decantation, fermentation took place in barrels (500/600L) with 5 years of use. The aging was very long (late release) in barrels without battonage or sulfur addition. Direct bottling without filtering or gluing. Contains sulfites.

This quality wine is not filtered or stabilized by the cold, so it is recommended to serve with care as it can create a deposit. 100% destemming. Vinified in stainless steel tank with temperature control. Stage of 4 months in used barrels of French oak and 6 months in bottle. Deep ruby color, ripe fruit aroma, floral notes to caste. Flavor vinous, fruity, floral and elegant. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes are chilled and then pressed in a pneumatic press. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel barrels and vats with regular buffering up to one month before bottling. Aging 6 months in new and used French oak barrels (30% of wine) and stainless steel vats (70%), with regular bâtonnage. It is a rich and concentrated white wine, but very precisely in citrus fruit and notorious minerality. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in 20kg boxes, then placed in stainless steel vats with full bunch, where they are fermented with native yeast and minimal intervention. Aging for 18 months in stainless steel vat. Legitimate uses the normal Douro grape varieties, but seeks the same seductive appeal that the Bastard offers, a spicy and greedy lightness that makes it soft, fresh and appetizing. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes before being refrigerated and then pressed into a pneumatic press without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barrels and regular bottling up to one month before bottling. Aging 11 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage and 6 months in bottle. It is a wine of extraordinary rarity, with incredible precision and definition, an expectation of longevity of 25 or more years, and immediately established itself as a cult white wine.
