The proximity of the vineyards to the winery, combined with gentle pressing and fermentation at low temperatures, results in an exceptionally fresh and captivating wine.

José Luis Oliveira da Silva (Casa Santos Lima) and Alexandre Relvas (Casa Relvas) teamed up to launch a great white wine. A limited edition of a wine that celebrates the great Arinto variety, as well as a great friendship. Manual harvest. Pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in 400L barrels for 10 to 15 days. 50% of the wine aged for 12 months in 400L French oak barrels. Yellow color with golden hints, aroma with great aromatic complexity. Citrus aromas, green apple and some notes of honey. Complex palate, with volume in the mouth, good acidity and lots of freshness. Contains sulfites.
Sidecar Red
Sharing moments, ideas and experiences with other winemakers or people related to wine is something that Susana Esteban always liked and encouraged. And for this reason he decided to create the Sidecar brand. Every year the producer and winemaker will challenge a friend to make a wine in his cellar in Mora. They will decide how to interpret the fantastic vineyards of the region and as the project's mentor says, they will be driving the bike! For the second edition of the Sidecar invited two friends, the oenologist Filipa Pato and the sommelier William Wouters. An interesting trio, and that above all, makes sense! It decided to join a field blend of traditional varieties of Serra de São Mamede, a cooler and higher altitude zone of the Alentejo, with a Berry of a century-old vineyard of Bairrada, zone influenced by the Atlantic. The wines fermented and stamped both in amphora.

The color of the muscat purple is very present, as well as its aroma, which is imposed along with the orange peel and orange blossom aroma. In the mouth is dry, fresh and full-bodied. The Quest Rosé comes from vineyards in the region of Portalegre. The combination of two grape varieties, Aragonês and Moscatel Roxo in the old vineyards of Serra de São Mamede, gives it a unique aroma and characteristics, resulting in a dry, fresh and gastronomic wine. Quinta do Piloto Collection Roxo is a limited edition, elaborated from a unique variety that a few years ago was on the verge of extinction. Moscatel Roxo is a rare variety, known for making one of the best liqueurs in Portugal. Its purple color and small berry distinguish this grape from the Moscatel de Setúbal variety. This special variety gives the wine intense floral notes, making it unique, fresh, with excellent minerality and a long finish. Contains sulfites.

Quinta do Piloto Collection Síria is a limited edition. Made from a unique variety very rare in the region. This wine was created from grapes from a small vineyard called malhada Alta, near Lau, belonging to the Cardoso family for many years. Syria is an elegant and very mineral variety, producing fresh and light wines. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Calçada Reserva Magnum White
Coming from the best plots of this farm, the Alvarinho, Loureiro and Arinto grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, after static decanting, fermented in French oak barrels where it aged for 8 months. This Reserve edition has a citrus yellow color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with notes of wood well integrated and combined with the minerality of the wine. Good volume in the mouth (creamy), with a crunchy acidity and a fresh and long finish. Contains sulfites.
Casal Santa Maria Bruma Red
The grapes were harvested by hand, carefully selected in the vineyard and cellar. After lightly crushing the grapes, it was followed by cold maceration in stainless steel vats open for 3 days. Fermentation took 2 weeks with daily pumping over. After the fermentation was over, the mills were closed and kept like this for 2 weeks. The wine aged for 14 months in new and used 225L French oak barrels. Intense aroma with notes of spices, balsamic, floral and cedar. From the Merlot variety, the aromas come with notes of green pepper and chocolate. In the mouth, soft and ripe tannins, filled with the freshness and red fruit typical of Touriga Nacional. It presents an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Bota Velha Colheita White
Casa Velha Moscatel Galego White
Some of the best Moscatel grapes from the Favaios plateau are selected and harvested by hand. To extract the maximum aromatic richness of the grapes, a pre-fermentative maceration is carried out for 48 hours and only afterwards the clean must is extracted. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for about 15 days with a controlled temperature between 15-18ºC. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, a 5-month stage begins, during which contact with fine lees is promoted, after which filtration and bottling follow. Bright and citrus colored, with intense floral and fruity aromas, with emphasis on lychees, roses and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is quite elegant, fresh and balanced, with good acidity and medium structure. It ends in a balanced and persistent way. Contains sulfites.
