On the nose, it presents complexity with notes of citrus fruit, dried fruits, minerality and spices, accompanied by a touch of vanilla. This wine is produced exclusively from Touriga Nacional grapes, an identity red variety of the Dão region. Grapes harvested manually, transported in 20 kg boxes to the winery located on the farm, with a very short transport time. Total destemming and fermentation in stainless steel vats at around 22ºC. Aging for 24 months in used French oak barrels, followed by aging in stainless steel for 12 months and 6 months in bottle. Touriga Nacional reveals all its finesse and elegance in this wine, with a discreet barrel involving notes of wild fruit, floral notes and delicate citrus. The taste is light and sophisticated, fruity and very fresh, thanks to the good acid balance. A classic Dão, with polished tannins and great freshness, full of character and a sense of origin. Contains sulfites.
