Interruption of fermentation through the addition of vinous alcohol (96%). Boal aged in Canteiro for 10 years in French oak casks. For this batch, we selected wines from our warehouses, whose stable temperatures throughout the year gave rise to this wine with balanced levels of sugar and acidity. Bright golden color. Fragrant notes, with nuts, caramel, iodized touch, figs, and well-integrated wood. Soft and luscious palate, flavors of caramelized nuts. Excellent acidity in the spicy and fresh finish. Barbeito Sercial Old Reserva 10 Years Old is a Madeira wine of exceptional quality, whose grapes are meticulously selected from the vineyards of Jardim da Serra and Ribeira da Janela. Through a careful process that includes continuous pressing of the grapes and interruption of fermentation with wine alcohol, this Sercial achieves a perfect balance between sugar and acidity.
Aged using the traditional Canteiro method for a period of 10 to 14 years in French oak casks, this wine is the result of a careful selection, benefiting from stable temperatures that contribute to its complexity and richness. Aged in barrels and bottled in its purest form, Barbeito Sercial Old Reserva 10 Years Old presents nuances of greenish gold and an aromatic range that includes dried fruits, pine, resin, wood and orange leaf, complemented by a mineral and salty mouthfeel, with fresh acidity and a dry, prolonged finish.
Recommended to be served between 11°C and 12°C, in a dry and airy place, this wine is filtered and does not require decanting, remaining in excellent condition for several months after opening. On the palate it is very powerful, fresh and concentrated, with a long and retro finish full of balsamic notes, exotic woods and old rum. Contains sulfites.

Blandy's Rainwater underwent fermentation in the absence of films with natural yeasts, at temperatures between 24ºC and 26ºC, in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. After about 4 days, it was fortified with wine alcohol (96%), thus stopping fermentation when the desired level of sweetness was reached. It was transferred to greenhouse tanks, where it was subjected to a cyclical heating and cooling process, with temperatures between 45ºC and 50ºC, for three months. Completed the stuffing, the wine matured in American oak casks for three years. Then it was filtered and clarified before being bottled. It is a semi-dry Madeira, delicious when consumed fresh before meals, but it also goes well with dessert. Its elegant and refined bouquet makes this wine universal. Contains sulfites.
