The harvest took place in the last week of September. The grapes were harvested manually, to small boxes of 18kg. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle maceration for a good extraction of aromas and color. After fermentation, it was transferred to French oak barrels where it remained for 12 months. After bottling the wine remained about 6 months in a fresh cellar before being released to the market. It presents an intense ruby color, aromas of forest fruits and notes of ripe plum, with an excellent structure and a long and expressive finish. Contains Sulfites.

After destemming and pressing, the tear wort was statically decanted for 48 hours. Fermentation and aging take place in a 2500 L French oak barrel (50%) and in cement (50%). The wine ages for 11 months “sur lie” without batonnage, followed by another 10 months in stainless steel. Texture of Estrela Branco is a white with a complex aroma. Orange peel, raw nuts and dried tea leaf are the most obvious. In the mouth, it has remarkable acidity and minerality, the citrus fruit is highlighted as well as a creamy texture from the fermentation in a wooden barrel, well integrated. Contains sulfites.

Arinto dos Açores is an autochthonous variety, exclusive to the islands of the Azores, having in common with Arinto from the mainland only its name and good acidity. Clean citrus yellow color. Pure mineral aroma, citrus with notes of grapefruit. Tense attack, fresh with a very present minerality and acidity, good persistence and salty notes, iodine, toasted bread. Contains sulfites.

Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature between 16-17ºC for a period of about 20 days. Aging for 8 months in 2/3 French and 1/3 American oak barrels. Unfiltered wine, subject to deposit with age. Intense and fruity aroma of raspberries and ripe cherries, in harmony with very discreet notes from the brief aging in barrels. Wide mouth, with soft and voluminous tannins, with a very fresh and enveloping finish. Contains Sulfites.

Fermentation takes place in new 550 liter French oak barrels in a temperature-controlled cellar at 18ºC. About 6 months in French oak barrels, on the lees of fermentation accompanied by batonnage, to provide the integration between the wood and the wine, increasing its creaminess and depth. After filling, it remained in the bottle for 6 months, during which it had a controlled maturation that promoted the characteristic complexity of this wine. It presents a straw color with greenish tinges. Aromas of white plum and ripe lemon, fresh almond, spices and white chocolate. Rich and intense palate, where white flesh fruit stands out, complemented with white pepper and nutmeg. Intense, with an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Stage of 18 months in French oak barrels 40% new and 60% second year. Red color retinta. Fruity but compact, almost monolithic, it alternates between the delicacy of the fruit and an intensely mineral profile surprising for the softness of the tannins, the aromatic depth and the vehemence of the structure. Tense and serious, it is a rigorous and well-educated red that presents itself fine and elegant. Contains Sulfites.
