The harvest took place in the last week of September. The grapes were harvested manually, to small boxes of 18kg. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle maceration for a good extraction of aromas and color. After fermentation, it was transferred to French oak barrels where it remained for 12 months. After bottling the wine remained about 6 months in a fresh cellar before being released to the market. It presents an intense ruby color, aromas of forest fruits and notes of ripe plum, with an excellent structure and a long and expressive finish. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta de Santiago, built in 1899 in Monção, is still owned by its descendants. The Quinta has 9 hectares of which 6 planted with vines aged between 3 to 9 years, exclusively in clay soils. Clean, pale greenish yellow with medium intensity nose, lime, peach, roses, resin and wet stone. In the mouth it is dry, drying tannin, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity, lime, peach, earthy, wet stone and long finish. This wine was obtained in a peculiar way, 50% was naturally fermented and aged in Amphora in contact with the films. The remaining 50% naturally fermented in stainless steel and trained in amphorae in the Rocim Estate. Contains Sulfites.

Night harvest, under the luminosity, brightness and company of the moon. Fermentation in barrels, under a temperature control. The wine is then subjected to a battonage process. Aromatically intense, this white immediately brings us to the tropical expression of Antão Vaz, pineapple, mango and apricot. In evidence, Viosinho reigns, bringing to us the expression “Winter”, where acidity and minerality, freshness transmit life to the group. This Winter White is aged in Hungarian oak barrels for a period of 6 months, where it acquires structure, volume and elegance, making this wine a wine with an enormous gastronomic aptitude.
