Classic vinification in stainless steel vats with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 26 º C. Maceration cared for 5 days. Aged for 8 months in French oak. Clear appearance. red color with hints of garnet, reveals notes of red fruit with hints of raspberry, light blueberry, complexed with nuances of cinnamon and cloves, flanked by fresh vanilla expressions. It presents a very elegant and balanced body, with velvety and round tannins, with good expression of balsamic and pine notes. Defines an exquisite sensory cut with a long, fresh and mineral finish. 1333 bottles were produced. Contains Sulfites.

Discover the Vinha do Mouro Red, a distinguished wine from the vineyards of Estremoz, located at an altitude of 450 meters, benefiting from a continental Mediterranean climate with significant thermal amplitude during the maturation period. This climatic context contributes to the uniqueness and quality of this wine.
The grapes are handpicked in small 20 kg boxes. After total destemming, the grapes are foot-trodden in traditional lagares for three days with cold pre-fermentative maceration. Fermentation follows in stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures between 24-26ºC and pressing in wooden baskets with a vertical hydraulic press. About 15% of the blend matures for 12 months in new Portuguese oak barrels, giving it a unique structure.
Vinha do Mouro Red displays a medium intensity ruby color and offers an aromatic complexity that blends fresh red and black fruits with notes of spices and a slight vegetal touch. On the palate, it features a well-balanced structure, fine fruit, light and elegant tannins, and well-integrated acidity that ensures a vibrant and persistent finish. Ideal for pairing with rich and varied dishes, it should be served at a temperature of 16-18ºC.

Maceration in small vats at a temperature of 28-30ºC, using only gravity to move the grapes, must and wine. Stage for 18 months in new French oak casks. Aromas of blackberry, cocoa, some cinnamon and toasted notes. In the mouth it is lively, excellent acidity, silky tannins and a seductive and very long finish. It is a wonderful red wine that will age remarkably in the bottle.

Manual selection of curls, total destemming followed by gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank. Stage in thin sludge until January.Cor: citrine with light straw reflections. A very fine and elegant aroma, highlighting the delicate floral notes (and characteristics of the grape variety). In the background and to convey complexity to the whole, we are surprised by its fruity side that this year balances between citrus fruits and tropical fruits. Creamy attack that develops later in an explosion of flowers and fruits always accompanied by crystalline acidity. Contains Sulfites.
