Clear color and citrine. Delicate aroma with notes of lemon, green apple and tropical fruits. In the mouth test shows fresh fruit, and minerality with a refreshing citric acidity.
The harvest took place in the second week of September, with careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard. The grapes manually harvested for small boxes of 18 kg were immediately pressed with stink and the resulting must passed to small stainless steel tanks where it decanted at low temperature for 48 h. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts followed by stage in stainless steel tank being only filtered before bottling. Contains Sulfites.
Pacheca Grande Reserva Touriga Nacional Red

This wine is obtained exclusively from the Touriga Nacional variety from a 32-year-old plot installed at an altitude of 140 meters. After careful selection for their best condition, the grapes were harvested in boxes of 25 kg and sent to the winery where they were totally destemmed. Fermentation took place during 9 days in traditional 7-ton granite stone tanks with stepping and soft reassembly for leaching by blanket and extraction of phenolic and aromatic compounds. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels where the malolactic fermentation took place and aged for about 18 months. Pacheca Touriga Nacional is an elegant wine with good aromatic intensity, notes of bergamot and violet with well integrated wood. In the mouth it reveals good structure, round tannins, freshness and a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Ribeiro Santo Vinha da Neve Red

Ribeiro Santo Vinha da Neve Red presents a complex aroma, with notes of dark fruits and aromas of forest flowers, mineral and spicy. In the mouth it is textured, with noble tannins in gifts, powerful and with a well integrated acidity and a long end. The harvest took place in the third week of September. The grapes were harvested manually, for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard, followed by a second choice at the entrance of the winery. The grapes were completely destemmed for a small granite mill, where they macerated two days at low temperature, before beginning the alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts, under controlled temperature. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 3 weeks, with slight homogenization by walking. Once the fermentation was finished, it was decanted into new French oak barrels where it remained for 12 months. After the bottling and before leaving to the market, it staged a minimum of 6 months in fresh basement.
