Located at 400 meters of altitude, a small village called Martim is surrounded by old vineyards of the Douro, each with its own soul. Soil, sun exposure, slope, altitude, age, mixture of grape varieties all influence the character of the wine resulting from these grapes. The Martim vineyard is part of a special plot, fermented in new French oak barrels for 9 months until bottling. Simply brilliant, this emphasizes your zing and zest in your youth, your core of acidity beautifully supporting the fruit. Intense and gripping in the finish, this has gripping grip and fine penetration.

A Cerca dos Frades Terrantez White
Selective manual harvest in 25kg buckets. Gentle pressing of the whole bunch, with decantation after 12 hours of sedimentation. Fermented by indigenous yeasts with temperature control. Aging in 15% used French oak barrels and 85% in vertical stainless steel vats. Elegant aroma typical of the variety, with floral notes, unctuous in the mouth, fresh and markedly saline.
Vicentino Gama Nascente Alvarinho White
50% fermented in used 350 liter French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aging on fermentation lees for 6 months, followed by 3 months of rest in bottle before being marketed. With a strong connection to the terroir of Monção, Alvarinho expresses itself in Vicentino respecting its origin in an elegant combination of aromas that characterize it. The vibrant acidity and minerality end in a salty finish, highlighting the proximity to the sea. Contains sulfites.

Niepoort Diálogo Magnum Red
After transport to Quinta de Nápoles, the grapes were carefully destemmed to a stainless steel vat where they fermented at a controlled temperature for about a week. Part of the batch is stacked in French oak barrels while the rest is kept in stainless steel for about 6 months. Medium brick color wine with a magnificent, fresh, clean and precise aroma of dark cherries, floral suggestions and a rustic and balsamic profile of spices. On the palate, it is more robust than the previous year. with a markedly rustic character. Once again, an excellent wine, balanced and elegant, presenting the simple style (uncomplicated). Manual harvest. Grapes from a single plot of Encruzado at Quinta do Ribeiro Santo, the closest to Serra da Estrela Mountain. Cooling of the grape before pressing. Cold maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel vats under lees, ending in new and used French oak barrels for 6 months. This wine rests for another year in the bottle before being made available on the market.Fragrant aroma, with hints of citrus and green apple. With great mineral profile and a fresh finish, well combined with good acidity. Contains Sulfites.
